Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegar kuchenny. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukla- dzie linii zegara. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któiych fig. 1 przedstawia zegar kuchenny w formie deski z owocami, warzywami i kopyscia, fig. 2 zegar z owcami, warzywami i ryba Zegar kuchenny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego majacy tarcz zegarowa w formie pierscienia kolistego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowia go usytuowane wokól deski z tarcza zegarowa plaskorzezby imitujace cebule, czosnek, kisc winogron owoce, ko- pysc kuchenna i rybe, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii - fig. 1 i fig. 2. Zegar kuchenny w odmianie wzoru stanowi deska, która ma w czesci centralnej tarcz zegarowa otoczona od góry kiscia winogron z lisciem, pod nia z lewej strony usy- tuowany jest warkocz cebuli, z prawej jablko i gruszka z pod których opada warkocz czosnku, zas u dolu, pod tarcza zegarowa, pomiedzy warkoczami cebuli i czosnku jest usytuowana kopysc z wygietym uchwytem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1. PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a kitchen clock. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the clock's lines. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a kitchen clock in the form of a board with fruits, vegetables and a ladle, Fig. 2 a clock with sheep, vegetables and fish. A kitchen clock according to the industrial design with a clock face in the form of a circular ring is characterized by the fact that it consists of bas-reliefs imitating onions, garlic, a bunch of grapes, fruit, a kitchen spatula and fish placed around the board with the clock face, as shown in the attached photographs - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The kitchen clock in the pattern variation is a board which has in the central part a clock face surrounded from the top by a bunch of grapes with a leaf, under it on the left side there is a braid of onion, on the right side there is an apple and a pear from under which a braid of garlic falls, and at the bottom, under the clock face, between the braids Onions and garlic are placed on a wooden spoon with a bent handle, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1. The kitchen clock in the next variant of the design is a board with a clock face in the central part, surrounded by a bunch of grapes with a leaf, from under which a braid of onion hangs on the left side, while on the right side there is an apple and a pear, from under which a braid of garlic hangs, and at the bottom, under the clock face, between the braids of onion and garlic, there is an eye, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2.
