Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal ekspozycyjny, wykorzystywany w punktach sprzedazy detalicznej prasy i ksiazek. Oryginalnosc regalu ekspozycyjnego przejawia sie w ksztalcie zestawu modulów ekspozycyjnych i ksztalcie jego boków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, w przykladzie wykonania, na zalaczonych rysunkach gdzie rysunek fig.l przedstawia pojedynczy regal ekspozycyjny w rzucie perspektywicznym, wyposazony w moduly ekspozycyjne z wysunieta szuflada i odstawionym prawym bokiem, rysunek fig.2 przedstawia regal ekspozycyjny widziany z boku (bez prawego boku) a rysunek fig. 3 przedstawia, w rzucie perspektywicznym, zestawienie szeregowe dwóch regalów o róznej szerokosci. Podstawe regalu tworzy stojak, który stanowia dwie nogi metalowe, w ksztalcie katowników, o profilach zamknietych, przy czym ramiona pionowe tych katowników maja otwory ksztaltowe sluzace do mocowania modulów ekspozycyjnych, natomiast ramiona poziome posiadaja stopki i stanowia element nosny szuflady. Górna czesc regalu wyposazona jest w modul ekspozycyjny reklamowy, który jest podswietlany, mocowany do stojaka poprzez zaczepy, stanowi go waskie, metalowe poziome pudlo z swietlówka wewnatrz, którego górna sciana jest szersza od dolnej a przednia sciane, o wkleslym ksztalcie, stanowi plyta z mlecznego plexi na która nalozona jest cienka plyta przezroczysta a pomiedzy- te dwie plyty umieszcza sie napisy i tresci reklamowe, logo firmy lub inne oznaczenia. Do górnej czesci zamocowana jest listwa z plexi, wystajaca do przodu, zagieta do dolu pod katem ostrym, pod która jest równiez swietlówka a listwa ta sluzy do naklejania na niej napisów typu: logo, nazwa grupy tematycznej, przynaleznosc do sieci handlowej i.t.p.Pod modulem ekspozycyjnym reklamowym jes t zestaw ekspozycyjny w postaci pólek, w ilosci od 2 do 8 sztuk, wyposazonych w metalowe listwy z zaczepami sluzacymi do mocowania, pozwalajacymi na ustawienie pólek pod trzema róznymi katami w zaleznosci od potrzeb, przy czym pólka jest w ksztalcie katownika którego przednia czesc jest wyposazona w szklany ogranicznik. Pod zestawem pólek jest zestaw ekspozycyjny w postaci kaskady, skladajacej sie z prostokatnych metalowych kieszeni ustawionych schodkowo, w ilosci 5 do 8 sztuk, mocowany do stojaka na górze i na dole nad brzegiem szuflady, przy czym do frontu szuflady zamocowane jest metalowe korytko prostokatne, które stanowi dodatkowy stopien kaskady, szuflada jest integralna czescia kaskady. The originality of the display shelf is evident in the shape of the set of display modules and the shape of its sides. The subject of the industrial design is shown, in an example embodiment, in the attached drawings. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a single display shelf equipped with display modules with an extended drawer and a recessed right side; figure 2 shows the display shelf viewed from the side (without the right side); and figure 3 shows, in a perspective view, a row of two shelves of different widths. The base of the shelf is a stand composed of two metal legs, shaped like angle brackets, with closed profiles. The vertical arms of these angle brackets have shaped holes for mounting display modules, while the horizontal arms have feet and serve as a support element for the drawer. The upper part of the shelf is equipped with an illuminated advertising display module, attached to the stand with hooks. It consists of a narrow, horizontal metal box with a fluorescent lamp inside. The upper wall is wider than the lower one, and the concave front wall is a frosted Plexiglas panel, to which a thin transparent panel is placed. Advertising inscriptions and text, company logos, or other markings are placed between these two panels. A plexiglass strip is attached to the upper part, protruding forward and bent down at an acute angle, which also houses a fluorescent lamp and this strip is used to stick on it inscriptions such as: logo, name of thematic group, affiliation to a retail chain, etc. Under the advertising display module there is a display set in the form of shelves, in quantities of 2 to 8 pieces, equipped with metal strips with fastening hooks, allowing the shelves to be set at three different angles depending on the needs, with the shelf being in the shape of an angle bar, the front part of which is equipped with a glass stop. Beneath the shelves is a cascade-style display unit, consisting of five to eight stepped rectangular metal pockets. These are attached to the stand at the top and bottom, above the drawer edge. A rectangular metal tray is attached to the drawer front, acting as an additional step in the cascade. The drawer is an integral part of the cascade. The display unit's side panels are made of laminated chipboard and are attached to the stand. The shape of the side can be distinguished: a middle part in the form of a rectangle, covered with a metal overlay at the front, an upper part in the shape similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is a curved line concave and the ends of which are convex, and a lower part in the shape similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is a curved line, slightly concave and the end at the bottom is convex, wherein the lower part is larger than the upper part, the end of the side is adapted in shape to the shelf. The essential features of the display shelf according to the industrial design include: icttv<4 advertising display module, attached to the stand by hooks, md in the form of a narrow, metal, horizontal box with a fluorescent lamp inside, the upper wall of which is wider than the lower one and the front the concave wall is made of a milky plexiglass panel with a thin transparent panel over it; a plexiglass strip is attached to the upper metal part, protruding forward and bent down at an acute angle, which also houses a fluorescent lamp; a display set in the form of shelves equipped with metal strips with hooks, allowing the shelves to be positioned at three different angles, the shelves having glass stops in their front part; a display set in the form of a cascade, consisting of 5 to 8 rectangular metal pockets, arranged in a stepped manner, attached to the stand at the top and bottom above the edge of the drawer, with a rectangular metal tray attached to the drawer front, which constitutes an additional step in the cascade; sides with a characteristic shape made of laminated chipboard, in which the central part is in the shape of a rectangle with metal overlays, the upper part in the shape similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is a curved line concave and the ends of which are convex, and the lower part in the shape similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is a curved line, slightly concave and the end at the bottom is convex, wherein the lower part is larger than the upper part.
