Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sznurkowa torebka, wykonana recznie. Znane sa torebki wykonane z tkaniny sznurkowej o splocie kolumien- kowym, wytwarzanej maszynowo. Torebki te posiadaja krótsze lub dluzsze uchwyty wszyte na górnym obrzezu i ewentualnie zamki blyskawiczne. Posiadaja kolor naturalnego sznurka lub sa barwione. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac torebki, przejawiaja- ca sie w jej strukturze, kolorystyce i uzytym materiale. Torebka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniona w czterech odmianach na fotografiach, których Fig. 1+4 przedstawiaja odpowiednio pierwsza, druga, trzecia i czwarta odmiane torebki w widoku perspekty- wicznym. Torebka ma postac czworokatnego, plaskiego pojemnika, wykonanego recznie z dzianiny rzadkowej (falowej), jedna nitka splotem szydelkowym, z grubego jednobarwnego sznurka papierowego w naturalnym kolorze bezowym. Przy swym górnym obrzezu torebka ma zamocowany wydluzony uchwyt lub uchwyty oraz zamkniecie.W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego torebka w widoku z przo- du ma ksztalt prostokata, którego dluzszy bok jest usytuowany w pozio- mie, zaopatrzonego na koncach górnego obrzeza w dwa nieco wydluzone uchwyty. Posrodku obrzeza torebka ma wydluzona petelke i klebek, roz- mieszczone na przemian i stanowiace jej zamkniecie. Dzianina posiada rzadki (tak zwane linie falowania) usytuowane piono- wo. Na górnym swym obrzezu torebka ma dwa wydluzone uchwyty oraz wia- zania rozmieszczone na przemian posrodku obrzeza, które stanowia jej zamkniecie. Dzianina posiada rzadki (linie falowania) rozmieszczone pionowo. Torebka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w trzeciej odmianie wykonania posiada w widoku z przodu ksztalt kwadratu, zaopatrzonego na koncach górnego obrzeza w jeden znacznie wydluzony uchwyt oraz, na calej dlu- gosci tego obrzeza, w klapke opadajaca na przednia sciane torebki. Klap- ka na swym obrzezu ma dwie wydluzone petelki, a na scianie przedniej torebki sa rozmieszczone w odpowiednim miejscu dwa klebki. Dzianina posiada rzadki (linie falowania) usytuowane poziomo. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego torebka w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt kwadratu, zaopatrzonego na koncach górnego obrzeza w dwa wydluzone uchwyty oraz wiazania rozmieszczone na przemian posrodku obrzeza i stanowiace zamkniecie torebki. They have the color of a natural string or are colored. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a handbag, manifested in its structure, colors and material used. An industrial design bag is shown in four variations in the photographs, Figures 1 + 4 of which show the first, second, third and fourth variations of the bag respectively in a perspective view. The bag has the form of a square, flat container, hand-made from a sparse (wave) knit, one thread with a crochet weave, from a thick one-color paper string in a natural beige color. At its upper rim, the bag has an elongated handle or handles and a closure. In the first variant of the industrial design, the handbag in the front view has a rectangular shape, the longer side of which is located horizontally, and at the ends of the upper rim with two slightly elongated handles. . In the center of the rim, the bag has an elongated loop and a bundle, alternately positioned as closure. The knitted fabric has sparse (so-called waving lines) arranged vertically. In the second variant of the industrial design, the bag in the front view has the shape of a rectangle situated horizontally on the long side. On its upper rim, the bag has two elongated handles and ties arranged alternately in the center of the rim, which constitute its closure. Knitwear has sparse (wave lines) arranged vertically. In the front view, the bag according to the industrial design in the third version has a square shape, equipped at the ends of the upper rim with one considerably elongated handle and, along the entire length of the rim, with a flap falling on the front wall of the bag. The flap has two elongated loops on its rim, and on the front wall of the bag there are two loops arranged in the right place. The knitted fabric has sparse (wave lines) arranged horizontally. In the fourth variation of the industrial design, the front view of the bag is in the shape of a square, with two elongated handles at the ends of the upper rim and ties alternately arranged in the center of the rim to seal the bag. The knitted fabric has sparse (wave lines) arranged horizontally.
