Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kufel do piwa. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz zdobnictwie kufla do piwa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig.1-przedstawia kufel do piwa w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- kufel do piwa w widoku z boku. Kufel do piwa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy szklana walcowa czare, ozdobne ucho oraz ozdobna pokrywe posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: na powierzchni czary znajduje sie ozdobny azurowy oplot w postaci siatki, której oczka maja zarys w przyblizeniu rombu, przy czym w pasie pomiedzy krawedzia górna oplotu, a krawedzia górna czary widoczny jest wypukly opis literowy powtarzajacy sie czterokrotnie na obwodzie czary. Podstawa czary jest ozdobnie stopniowana poprzez obwodowe wypuklosci o zróznicowanych srednicach i wysokosciach. Ucho kufla jest plaskie w czesci górnej oraz ozdobnie lukowato profilowane ku dolowi, przy czym w czesci górnej ucho dochodzi do odchylnego lukowatego ramienia polaczonego z ozdobnawypukla pokrywa kufla. Przy krawedzi pokrywy znajduja sie obwodowe wypuklosci, a posrodku powierzchni górnej pokrywy usytuowany jest ozdobny wystep majacy ksztalt bryly, która jest polaczeniem walca i kuli, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach od fig.l do fig.2.FIG.1FIG.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a beer mug. The design's novelty and unique character are evident in the shape and ornamentation of the beer mug. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the beer mug in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the beer mug in a side view. The beer mug according to the industrial design, comprising a cylindrical glass bowl, a decorative handle, and a decorative lid, has the following significant features: the surface of the bowl features a decorative openwork braid in the form of a mesh, the meshes of which have a roughly rhombus shape. In the band between the upper edge of the braid and the upper edge of the bowl, a raised lettering is visible, repeated four times around the circumference of the bowl. The base of the bowl is decoratively graduated with circumferential protrusions of varying diameters and heights. The mug's handle is flat at the top and decoratively arched downward. The handle extends to a hinged, arched arm connected to the mug's decoratively convex lid. The lid's edge features circumferential ridges, and the center of the lid's upper surface features a decorative projection in the shape of a cylinder and a sphere, as shown in the accompanying illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 2.
