Description

Pierwszenstwo: 03.10.1972 (P. 158067) Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 30.12.1975 82459 KI. Bk, 1/30 MKP' D06m 15/16 Twórca wynalazku: Elzbieta Konczak Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Wojewódzki Zwiazek Spóldzielni Pracy Osrodek Techniki i Organizacji, Bydgoszcz (Polska) Srodek apreturowy do tkanin Przedmiotem wynalazku jest srodek apreturowy do tkanin z przeznaczeniem do stosowania w gospo¬ darstwie domowym. Poza tym stosuje sie je lacznie z innymi srodkami wspomagajacy¬ mi: katalizatorem, kwasem do okreslonego pH, zwilzaczem, srodkami zmiekczajacymi i wypelniajacymi. Przyklad. Sklad polioctan winylu (dyspersja wodna 55±3%) - 6% wagowych, dyspersja wodna usieciowanego kopolimeru akrylanu butylu i metakrylanu butylu z metylolometakrylamidem i dwuwinylobenze¬ nem na emulgatorze niejonowym (dyspersja wodna 40±2%)- 11,75% wagowych, polialkohol winylowy 4% wago¬ wych lub karboksymetyloceluloza - 4% wagowe, aldehyd mrówkowy 0,25% wagowych, woda 24% wagowe.2 82 459 PLPriority: October 3, 1972 (P. 158067) Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: December 30, 1975 82459 KI. Bk, 1/30 MKP 'D06m 15/16 Inventor: Elzbieta Konczak Authorized by the provisional patent: Provincial Union of Labor Cooperatives Osrodek Techniki i Organizacji, Bydgoszcz (Poland) Textile finishing agent. The subject of the invention is a finishing agent for fabrics intended for use in Known finishing agents based on melamine resins and phenol-formaldehyde resins used in the textile industry are not suitable for use in the household due to the complicated process of applying to the fabric. In addition, they are used together with other adjuvants: catalyst, acid to a specific pH, wetting agent, softeners and fillers. Catalysts are used to accelerate the polycondensation of the precondensate applied to the fabric. For these reasons, the commercial form of the known agents is very inconvenient, since it would be necessary to sell sets of finishing agents, since the shelf life of the finished finishing bath is maximun 20 hours at a temperature below 30 ° C and at a pH of 5-6.5. Another disadvantage is the need to use special drying and reheating devices. On the other hand, the starch commonly used in the household produces permanent effects. The aim of the invention is to remove the inconvenience associated with the finishing process and obtain a simple, durable and easy-to-use agent in the household, which will give fabrics or finished products an attractive external appearance, softness and elasticity. The invention consists in the fact that the finishing agent for fabrics contains polyvinylacetate in the amount of 20-60% by weight, an aqueous dispersion of cross-linked copolymers of butyl acrylate and butyl methacrylate esters of methylol methacrylamide and divinylbenzene on a non-ionic emulsifier 5-75% by weight, polyvinyl alcohol , 0-10% by weight or carboxymethylcellulose 0.0-10% by weight, formaldehyde 0-1% by weight, water 0-50% by weight. Composition polyvinyl acetate (water dispersion 55 ± 3%) - 6% by weight, water dispersion of cross-linked copolymer of butyl acrylate and butyl methacrylate with methylol methacrylamide and divinylbenzene on a non-ionic emulsifier (water dispersion 40 ± 2%) - 11.75% by weight, polyalcohol vinyl 4% by weight or carboxymethylcellulose - 4% by weight, formaldehyde 0.25% by weight, water 24% by weight. 2 82 459 EN
