Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 24.04.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 30.10.1975 81905 KI. 42e,27 42f,11/04 MKP G01f 13/00 G01g 11/04 CZYTELNIA Urzedu Patentowego Twórcawynalazku: Jerzy Kedzierski Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Zjednoczone Zaklady Urzadzen Jadrowych „Polon", Warszawa (Polska) Uklad do pomiaru masy przesuwajacego sie materialuzwlaszcza warstw cienkich Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad do pomiaru masy przesuwajacego sie materialu metoda rozproszeniowa przy pomocy przenikliwego promieniowania. Znane sa uklady do pomiaru masy przesuwajacego sie materialu z zastosowaniem ukladów mechanicz¬ nych, tensometrycznych i innych w których pomiar masy odbywa sie metoda stykowa. PLPriority: Application announced: April 24, 1973 Patent description was published: October 30, 1975 81905 KI. 42e, 27 42f, 11/04 MKP G01f 13/00 G01g 11/04 READING ROOM of the Patent Office Originator of the invention: Jerzy Kedzierski Authorized by the provisional patent: United Zaklady Urzadzen Jadrowych "Polon", Warsaw (Poland) System for measuring the mass of a moving material of thin layers The subject of the invention is a system for measuring the mass of a moving material using the scattering method by means of penetrating radiation. This system can be used to measure the mass of loose, granular and the like materials that move on a conveyor belt. There are known systems for measuring the mass of a moving material. with the use of mechanical, strain gauge and other systems in which the mass measurement is carried out with the contact method. These systems cannot work properly in difficult environmental conditions, with high dust and humidity. The known contactless systems using radiation absorption are inconvenient to use, because they using the greatest signal and unified in fact, the greatest absolute error occurs when the amount of weighted material is small, which is associated with a large relative error. The currently used non-contact systems using scattered radiation have one source of point or line radiation and one radiation detector without collimation. This system cannot be used for very thin layers because the efficiency of radiation scattering for very thin layers is lower than for layers of greater thickness. The aim of the invention is to develop such a system that, using radiation dispersed in the measured material, would enable the measurement of the mass of thin layers. of the invention is that, in addition to the known radiation sources of the detector and shutters preventing the detector of the scattered radiation, it has a collimator with at least one collimation orifice shielding the detector from a part of scattered radiation in the measured material, with a greater degree of weakened radiation scattered in the layers of the measured material lying closer to the detector, to a lesser extent, the radiation scattered in the layers of the measured material lying further away from the detector. The system shown in the figure has a known part composed of a source of penetrating radiation in container 6 with collimation opening 7 of the illuminating container for the measured material 4, shutters 8 preventing the detector of scattered radiation and detector 1 and, according to the invention, it has a collimator 2 with a collimation opening 3 shielding the detector from part of the radiation scattered in the measured material 4, whereby in the larger To a lesser extent, the radiation scattered in the layers of the measured material 4 lying closer to the detector 1 is weakened to a lesser extent the radiation scattered in the layers of the measured material 4 lying further from the detector 1.
