Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest lampa stolowa,która sto- sowana moze byc jako pokojowa nocna lampka lub jako ozdobna lampa na biurko. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wzoru lampy przejawiajaca sie w jej oryginalnym,dekoracjnym ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie jej odmian. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach,na których fig.1 - przedstawia widok lampy, fig.2 - przedstawia widok odmiany lampy i fig.3 - przedstawia widok kolejnej,drugiej odmiany lampy. Lampa stolowa wedlug wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiona na fotografii fig.1 ma podstawe o ksztalcie plaskiego,odwrócone- go spodka,na którego powierzchni zewnetrznej zaznaczone sa wyrazne kontury dwóch kól.Jedno kolo - to dolne obrzeze pod- stawy ,natomiast drugie kolo - o znacznie mniejszej srednicy - jest obrzezem górnej podstawy stanowiacej powierzchnie plaska.W osi tej powierzchni lezy wierzcholek niskiego stozka z które- go podstawy wyprowadzona jest smukla,stozkowata nózka zakon- czona u góry elementem w ksztalcie malego spodka na którym umiejscowiona jest obudowa zarówki posiadajaca ksztalt walca. Z górnego obrzeza tego walca wyprowadzone sa dwa symetryczne, odchylone przy|podstawie ramiona z metalowych pretów. Na ramionach tych wspiera sie dzwonkowata czasza w ksztalcie stozka scietego o rozlozystej,kielichowatej podstawie,a powy- zej na nia umieszczona jest na malym walcu kulka zakonczona u dolu kryza. Odmiana lampy przedstawiona na fig.2 ma podstawe w ksztal- cie trzech nalozonych na siebie walców plaskich,z których pie- rwszy o najwiekszej srednicy jest najnizszy,kolejny drugi - jest znacznie wyzszy i na jego górnej powierzchni wykonane jest za r glebienie w ksztalcie okregu,a takze umieszczony jest stozkowa- to laczacy sie z ta powierzchnia trzeci - górny,najmniejszy w - lec.W osi tego walca umieszczony jest na nózce element w ksztal- cie kielicha zamknietego od góry stozkowata pokrywa.Na jej wie- rzcholku umieszczona. jest obudowa zarówki posiadajaca ksztalt odwróconego dzwonka.Z górnego obrzeza tej obudowy wyprowadzone sa dwa prety symetrycznie odchylone nieco powyzej obrzeza,a dalej bic'gnace równolegle .Na pretach tych wspera sie czasza posiadajaca ksztalt przykrywki zakonczonej na wierzcholku mala kulka. Odmiana lampy przedstawiona na fig.3 ma podstawe w ksztal- cie trzech nelozonych na siebie plaskich walców,z których pier- wszy o najwiekszej srednicy jest najnizszy,kolejny drugi jest znacznie wyzszy i na jego górnej powierzchni wykonane jest zagle- bienie w ksztalcie okregu,a takze umiejscowiony jest stozkowato laczacy sie z ta powierzchnia trzeci,górny najnizszy walec.W osi tego walca umieszczona jest nózka lampy, posiadajaca ksztalt wysmuklego,rozszerzajacego sie ku górze czworoscianu zakonczonego plaskim krazkiem na którym osadzony jest na wa- lcowatej nózce element w ksztalcie stozka.Przez kulisty pie- rscien stanowiacy zakonczenie tego stozka przechodzi ramie lampy posiadajace ksztalt stylizowanej,poziomo ulozonej litery "S" z podwieszona, do niego pólkolista oprawa zarówki. PL PL PL PLTable Lamp The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since November 24, 1999. The design is a table lamp, which can be used as a bedroom night lamp or as a decorative desk lamp. The essence of the design is a new take on the lamp, manifesting itself in its original, decorative shape and the shapes of its variants. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the lamp, Fig. 2 shows a view of a variant of the lamp, and Fig. 3 shows a view of the next, second variant of the lamp. The table lamp, following the decorative pattern shown in Fig. 1, has a base in the shape of a flat, inverted saucer, with the outer surface clearly marked by the contours of two circles. One circle is the lower rim of the base, while the second circle, with a much smaller diameter, is the rim of the upper base, which constitutes the flat surface. At the axis of this surface lies the apex of a low cone, from which extends a slender, conical leg, ending at the top in a small saucer-shaped element, on which sits the cylindrical bulb housing. From the upper rim of this cylinder extend two symmetrical arms made of metal rods, angled at the base. These arms support a bell-shaped bowl in the shape of a truncated cone with a wide, cup-shaped base, and above it sits a ball on a small cylinder, topped with a ruff at the bottom. The lamp variant shown in Fig. 2 has a base in the shape of three superimposed flat cylinders, the first of which, with the largest diameter, is the lowest, the second one is significantly higher, and its upper surface has a circular recess. There is also a conical base—the third, upper, and smallest—connecting to this surface. A cup-shaped element, closed at the top, is placed on a stem in the axis of this cylinder. A conical cover is placed on its top. is a bulb housing in the shape of an inverted bell. From the upper rim of this housing, two rods extend symmetrically, slightly inclined above the rim, and then running parallel. A bowl in the shape of a lid, topped with a small ball, is supported on these rods. The lamp variant shown in Fig. 3 has a base in the shape of three stacked flat cylinders, the first of which, with the largest diameter, is the lowest, the second one is significantly higher and has a circular recess on its upper surface. The third, upper, and lowest cylinder is also located conically, connecting to this surface. The lamp leg is located in the axis of this cylinder, in the shape of a slender, upward-widening tetrahedron, ending with a flat disc on which a cone-shaped element is mounted on the cylindrical leg. A lamp arm in the shape of a stylized, horizontally arranged letter "S" passes through the spherical ring at the end of this cone, with a suspended semicircular bulb socket. PL PL PL PL
