Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina dekoracyjna przeznaczona na obicia mebli tapicerowanych lub jako material na narzuty na tapczany, lózka czy fotele, a takze na zaslony i poszycia poduszek. Znane sa tkaniny dekoracyjne szenilowe gladkie oraz posiadajace wzory o motywach roslinnych, zwierzecych lub geometrycznych, albo o zdobieniach mieszanych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca oryginalny charakter postac tkaniny, nadana jej w szczególnosci przez rysunek i rodzaj powierzchni. Tkanina dekoracyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina szenilowa o porowatej i miekkiej powierzchni przypominajacej aksamit, oraz o cieniowanym tle, na którym wystepuje rysunek w postaci rzadko rozrzuconych pojedynczych lisci, galazek z liscmi, oraz wzorów geometrycznych takich jak róznej wielkosci obrysy prostokatów, oraz wypelnione kwadraty i trójkaty. Widnieja na niej takze strzalki oraz figury przypominajace laski ze slimakowatymi zakonczeniami, linie proste i luki. Wewnatrz najdluzszych prostokatów wystepuja po trzy wypelnione elipsy usytuowane na osi wzdluznej kazdego prostokata, wewnatrz sredniej wielkosci prostokatów znajduja sie obrysy prostych galazek z liscmi, a wewnatrz najmniejszych prostokatów widnieja po dwie elipsy, z których jedna jest mniejsza i wypelniona, a druga wieksza posiada tylko obrys. Przy jednych pojedynczych lisciach, w górnej ich czesci widac gesto usytuowane równolegle wzgledem siebie linie, których sasiadujacy z lisciem brzeg jest równolegly do obrysu liscia, a brzeg zewnetrzny jest nieregularny, zas przy innych pojedynczych lisciach, przy ich podstawie, znajduje sie prosta gruba linia na ksztalt listwy. Wszystkie wzory wystepujace na tkaninie maja powierzchnie gladka i blyszczaca,Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego sa takie, ze tlo tkaniny jest cieniowane, a na nim wystepuje rysunek w postaci rzadko rozrzuconych pojedynczych lisci, galazek z liscmi, oraz wzorów geometrycznych takich jak róznej wielkosci obrysy prostokatów, oraz wypelnione kwadraty i trójkaty. Widnieja na niej takze strzalki oraz figury przypominajace laski ze slimakowatymi zakonczeniami, linie proste i luki. Wewnatrz najdluzszych prostokatów wystepuja po trzy wypelnione elipsy usytuowane na osi wzdluznej kazdego prostokata, wewnatrz sredniej wielkosci prostokatów znajduja sie obrysy prostych galazek z liscmi, a wewnatrz najmniejszych prostokatów widnieja po dwie elipsy, z których jedna jest mniejsza i wypelniona, a druga wieksza posiada tylko obrys. Przy jednych pojedynczych lisciach, w górnej ich czesci widac gesto usytuowane równolegle wzgledem siebie linie, których sasiadujacy z lisciem brzeg jest równolegly do obrysu liscia, a brzeg zewnetrzny jest nieregularny, zas przy innych pojedynczych lisciach, przy ich podstawie, znajduje sie prosta gruba linia na ksztalt listwy. Known decorative chenille fabrics are plain and those with patterns featuring floral, animal, or geometric motifs, or with mixed decorations. The essence of an industrial design is a new and original form of fabric, given to it in particular by the pattern and type of surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photograph (Fig. 1), showing the pattern on the fabric, and on a fabric sample (Fig. 2), showing the fabric's texture. The decorative fabric, based on an industrial design, is a chenille fabric with a porous and soft velvet-like surface and a shaded background, featuring sparsely scattered individual leaves, twigs with leaves, and geometric patterns such as variously sized rectangular outlines, filled squares, and triangles. It also features arrows and figures resembling canes with snail-like ends, straight lines, and arcs. Within the longest rectangles are three filled ellipses positioned along the longitudinal axis of each rectangle. Within the medium-sized rectangles are the outlines of simple twigs with leaves, and within the smallest rectangles are two ellipses, one smaller and filled, the other larger with only an outline. Some individual leaves feature densely arranged parallel lines at their upper edges, with the adjacent edge parallel to the leaf's outline, and the outer edge irregular. Other individual leaves feature a straight, thick, strip-like line at their base. All patterns on the fabric have a smooth and glossy surface.
