Kafel ceramiczny w formie pólki wedlug wzoru jest nowy i oryginalny w odniesieniu do dotychczas stosowanych rozwiazan tego typu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie licowej strony kafla oraz w uformowaniu jej powierzchni. Kafel ceramiczny bedzie wykonywany z odpowiedniego, gwarantujacego pelne bezpieczenstwo uzytkowania, materialu sposobem wedlug dotychczasowego stanu techniki. Kafel ceramiczny - pólka w swej czesci licowej jest oryginalny w ksztalcie i estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, naktórym fig.l pokazuje kafel ceramiczny w widoku z boku (widoczny jest jego obrys boczny), fig.2 przedstawia widok kafla od strony jego wielkiej, plaskiej powierzchni zewnetrznej, zas fig.3 pokazuje dowolny przekrój poprzeczny kafla, obrys którego to przekroju jest taki sam jak obrys boczny kafla. Cechy istotne niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego to: to, ze dluga krawedz obrysu bocznego powierzchni zewnetrznej kafla przechodzi po luku zblizonym do pólokregu w odsadzenia oddzielone lukiem o mniejszym promieniu, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku. The subject of the industrial design is a ceramic tile - shelf, which will find application particularly in residential finishing as a fireplace tile or stove tile. The ceramic tile in the form of a shelf, as per the design, is new and original compared to previously used solutions of this type. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the tile's front side and the formation of its surface. The ceramic tile will be made of an appropriate material, guaranteeing full safety of use, in accordance with the current state of technology. The ceramic tile - shelf in its front part is original in shape and aesthetically pleasing. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a ceramic tile from the side (its lateral outline is visible), Fig. 2 shows the tile from its large, flat outer surface, and Fig. 3 shows an arbitrary cross-section of the tile, the outline of which is the same as the tile's side outline. The essential features of this industrial design are: the long edge of the tile's outer surface side outline passes in an arc close to a semicircle into offsets separated by an arc of a smaller radius, as shown in the attached drawing.
