KAFEL CERAMICZNY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 26.04.2004 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kafel ceramiczny, który znajdzie zastosowanie zwlaszcza w wykonczeniowym budownictwie mieszkaniowym jako kafel kominkowy lub kafel piecowy. Kafel ceramiczny wedlug wzoru jest nowy i oryginalny w odniesieniu do dotychczas stosowanych rozwiazan tego typu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie licowej strony kafla oraz w uformowaniu jej powierzchni Kafel ceramiczny bedzie wykonywany z odpowiedniego, gwarantujacego pelne bezpieczenstwo uzytkowania, materialu sposobem wedlug dotychczasowego stanu techniki. Kafel ceramiczny w swej czesci licowej jest oryginalny w ksztalcie i estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l pokazuje kafel ceramiczny od strony licowej (w srodku jest widoczny obrys - kapliczka), fig.2 i fig.3 pokazuja przekroje kafla wzdluz jego osi.Cechy istotne niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego to: to, ze strona licowa kafla ceramicznego ma posrodku wklesla powierzchnie 1 otoczona wypuklym obrysem 2» który to obiys w swej górnej czesci jest owalny, zas w swej dolnej czesci ma ksztalt prostokata, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku. Calosc lacznie z pokazaniem nasady kafla przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PLCERAMIC TILE The industrial design registration right has been in effect since April 26, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a ceramic tile, which will find applications particularly in residential construction finishing as a fireplace tile or stove tile. The ceramic tile based on the design is new and original compared to previously used solutions of this type. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the tile's front side and the formation of its surface. The ceramic tile will be made of an appropriate material, ensuring complete safety of use, using a method in accordance with the current state of technology. The ceramic tile's front side is original in shape and aesthetically pleasing. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the ceramic tile from the front side (in the center there is a visible outline - a chapel), Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show cross-sections of the tile along its axis. The essential features of this industrial design are: the front side of the ceramic tile has a concave surface 1 in the center surrounded by a convex outline 2", which is oval in its upper part and rectangular in its lower part, as shown in the attached drawing.
