Description
Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 01.04.1974 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 10.09.1975 79660 KI. 80b, 1/08 MKP C04b 21/08 CZriELNIA hlstuj |<, ¦ - q i* .Twórca wynalazku: Janina Nowakowska Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Instytut Szkla, Warszawa (Polska) Sposób wytwarzania betonu lekkiego Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania betonu lekkiego z cementu, lub innych materialów wia¬ zacych i wypelniacza.Znane betony lekkie wytwarzane sa na bazie cementu, do którego, w celu nadania tym tworzywom wlas* nosci izolacyjnych dodaje sie lekkie kruszywa, zuzel granulowany lub paleniskowy trociny itp. Wyroby z tych mas odznaczaly sie duzym ciezarem objetosciowym, np. przy kompozycjach zuzlo-betonowych. Natomiast masy cementowe z trocinami mozna bylo stosowac do elementów budowlanych o niskiej wytrzymalosci mechanicz¬ nej. Przyklad betonu lekkiego wedlug wynalazku: masa cementowa 30—70%, rurki szklane 70—30%. PL PLPriority: Application announced: April 1, 1974 Patent description was published: September 10, 1975 79 660 KI. 80b, 1/08 MKP C04b 21/08 CZriELNIA hlstuj | <, ¦ - qi *. Creator of the invention: Janina Nowakowska Entitled to a temporary patent: Instytut Szkla, Warsaw (Poland) A method of producing lightweight concrete The subject of the invention is a method of producing lightweight concrete from cement or other binders and fillers. Known lightweight concretes are made on the basis of cement, to which, in order to provide these plastics with insulating properties, lightweight aggregates, granulated or furnace glaze, sawdust, etc. are added. volumetric weight, e.g. for slurry-concrete compositions. On the other hand, cement masses with sawdust could be used for building elements with low mechanical strength. There are also known lightweight concretes which have been produced by mixing cement with gypsum, with asbestos fibers and other fibrous or cellular materials. Elements made of these concretes are characterized by good insulating properties, but they are characterized by mechanical strength! According to the invention, lightweight concrete for the production of structural and insulating elements was obtained from masses containing cement or other binding material, and as a filler, cut glass tubes with a diameter of (e.g. 5-40 mm and wall thickness, e.g. 0.5-3 mm) were introduced non-usable waste generated in the production of lighting and laboratory glass in glassworks. It was found that the concrete produced by the method according to the invention is sound-absorbing and heat-insulating, and the mentioned properties are acquired by introducing cut glass pipes into the cement mass, with air closed inside, obtained by contacting the cement mass with the pipes, which is partially pressed into the pipes on both sides of the pipes. Example of lightweight concrete according to the invention: cement mass 30-70%, glass tubes 70-30%. PL PL
