Istota wzoru jest nowy ksztalt scian tworzacych zarys butelki, proporcje miedzy podstawowymi wymiarami butelki, to jest miedzy wysokoscia, srednica, ksztaltem piersi oraz wymiarami szyjki. Znanych jest wiele butelek, majacych ustalone, okreslone ksztalty w róznych proporcjach wymiarowych. Butelki te maja rózne przeznaczenie w zaleznosci od gustów i przyzwyczajen uzytkowników. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym przedstawiono zarys butelki w widoku z boku oraz zarys dna butelki. Butelka wykonana jest ze szkla przezroczystego lub nieprzezroczystego, bezbarwnego lub barwnego, a takze z tworzywa sztucznego, przezroczystego lub nieprzezroczystego, barwnego lub bezbarwnego. Wykonana jest znana technologia rozdmuchiwania szkla w formie lub znana technologia wtrysku. The essence of the design is the new shape of the walls forming the bottle's outline, and the proportions between the basic dimensions of the bottle: height, diameter, shape of the neck, and dimensions of the neck. Many bottles are known with established, specific shapes in various dimensional proportions. These bottles have different purposes, depending on the tastes and habits of users. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the outline of the bottle from a side view and the outline of the bottle's bottom. The bottle is made of transparent or opaque, colorless or colored glass, as well as plastic, transparent or opaque, colored or colorless. It is made using the well-known technology of blowing glass in a mold or the well-known injection molding technique.
