Lozysko wzdluzne rolki prowadzacej w prowadnicy rolkowej Przedmiotem wynalazku jest lozysko wzdluzne rolki prowadzacej w prowadnicy rolkowej zawierajace uchwyt rolki, który utrzymuje oba konce osi, wokolo której obraca sie rolka prowadzaca na lozysku nosnym.W przypadku prowadnicy rolkowej o malych rozmiarach predkosc obrotu jest czesto ograniczona, po¬ niewaz zawieszenie rolki zawiera lozyska obciazone zarówno silami osiowymi, jak i promieniowymi. Problem ten próbowano rozwiazac, na przyklad stosujac klejenie tarcz do specjalnych prowadnic, w uchwycie rolek. Próbowano równiez stosowac inne sposoby przymocowywania tarcz do uchwytu rolki, lecz nie uzyskano powodzenia w ulepszeniu równoleglosci plaszczyzn.Wedlug wynalazku rozwiazano zagadnienie uzyskania równoleglosci plaszczyzn w znacznie prostszy spo¬ sób. The invention solves the problem of obtaining plane parallelism in a much simpler way. The guide element according to the invention is provided with a roller holder on each side of the guide roller, so that the guide element is fixed in a non-rotating manner and provided with holes forming slots for loosely inserted discs, and the discs are shaped to prevent them from turning. Intermediate pieces are inserted between the rear face of each disc and the roller holder to establish a sufficiently large play in the axial direction.
