The systems of measuring set of radioisotope devices are known. for radiochromatographic studies, consisting of a scintillation probe with scintillation crystals with an attached high-voltage stabilized power supply and separately connected to the probe with a stabilized low-voltage power supply with a differential analyzer cube, a linear integrator cube and an auto-compensating recorder. With known systems it is not possible to measure very soft gamma radiation, for example iron 55, which is very widely used for medical purposes. The system of the measuring set according to the invention, in which an amplifier was added to the differential analyzer cube, and the scintillation probe was equipped with a slotted collimator and combined with an autocompensation recorder, it enables, thanks to the new arrangement and interaction of the measuring system, to carry out the analysis of the decomposition of the carrier containing a soft radioisotope marker along the analyzed paper strip with the electrophoretic distribution, for example in blood serum, in which the radioisotope component was marked in it. The invention is closer, for example, to the schematic diagram of the system, in which the scintillation probe 5 is equipped with a slotted collimator 8 and connected to an autocompensation recorder 4, in which there is a recording tape 9 and a test chromatogram 10. The scintillation probe is connected to a stabilized high voltage power supply 1 and a differential analyzer cube 6 with an attached amplifier 7 connected to a stabilized low voltage power supply 2 and through a linear integrator cube 3 to an autocompensation recorder 4.
