Gegenstand älterer Erfindungen ist es, Stoff-, insbesondere Gasgemische, von denen z. B. eine Komponente eine von der der übrigen abweichende Suszeptibilität besitzt, dadurch zu analysieren, daß man sie einem inhomogenen Magnetfeld aussetzt ihre Dichte z. B. durch Temperaturerhöhung an einer Steile des inhomogenen Feldes ändert und die dabei auftretende Strömung mißt. Zu dem Zweck kann man sich auch mit Vorteil mehrerer Meßsonden bedienen, die an das gleiche Ablesegerät entweder nacheinander oder aber z.
