Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 01.02.1974 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 01.09.1975 79632 KI. 49h,9/Ó4 MKP B23k9/04 CZYTELNIA Urzedu Pfi*enl©)*ego Twórcy wynalazku: Józcf Pilarczyk, Andrzej Klimpel, Jerzy Dziubinski, Piotr Makosz Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Politechnika Slaska im. W. Pstrowskiego, Gliwice (Polska) Sposób regeneracyjnego napawania walków lukiem krytym Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób regeneracyjnego napawania walków lukiem krytym, a szczególnie czopów zestawów kól wagonowych.Dotychczas stosowanymi metodami napawania regeneracyjnego walków w zaleznosci od srednicy walka, grubosci warstwy napawanej i wymaganych wlasnosci mechanicznych stopiwa, bylo napawanie w oslonie gazów ochronnych, elektrowibracyjne i lukiem krytym. Do napawania moze byc zastosowane typowe urzadzenie do napawania lukiem krytym jedno lub wieloelektrodowe z przekonstruowanym ukladem * podawania drutu, zawierajacym dodatkowo naped wymuszajacy ruch wahadlowy elektrody.Korzyscia techniczna jest duza wydajnosc procesu oraz mozliwosc znacznego rozszerzenia zakresu srednic regenerowanych walków. Natomiast korzyscia uzytkowa procesu jest zmniejszenie odksztalcen spawalniczych, uzyskanie mozliwosci sterowania gruboscia warstwy napawanej od bardzo malej wielkosci, niedostepnej dla konwencjonalnej metody i znaczne zwiekszenie wydajnosci procesu.Napawanie regeneracyjne walków z zastosowaniem ruchu wahadlowego elektrody mozna stosowac,do napawania walków i innych zuzywajacych sie czesci maszyn w których chodzi o otrzymanie cienkiej warstwy napawanej.Zalety napawania lukiem krytym z wahadlowym ruchem elektrody sa nastepujace: mala glebokosc wto¬ pienia, duza szerokosc napoiny, male odksztalcenie przedmiotu napawanego, zwiekszenie wydajnosci procesu, mozliwosc regulowania grubosci napoiny i mozliwosci uzyskania bardzo cienkich warstw napawanych.2 79632 PL PLPriority: Application announced: 02/01/1974 Patent description was published: 09/01/1975 79632 KI. 49h, 9 / Ó4 MKP B23k9 / 04 READING ROOM of the Pfi Office * enl ©) * ego Inventors: Józcf Pilarczyk, Andrzej Klimpel, Jerzy Dziubinski, Piotr Makosz Authorized by a temporary patent: Politechnika Śląska im. W. Pstrowskiego, Gliwice (Poland) The method of regenerative surfacing of rollers with a covered arc The subject of the invention is a method of regenerative surfacing of rollers with a hidden arc, and in particular of pivots of wagon wheel sets. Previously used methods of regenerative surfacing of rollers depending on the roll diameter, thickness of the welded layer and required mechanical properties the weld metal, there was surfacing in the shielding of protective gases, electro-vibrational and with a covered arc. The highest regeneration efficiency was obtained with arc paddling, however, the high penetration depth and the high layer thickness were an obstacle to the common use of this method. The object of the invention is to obtain a regenerative padding weld layer characterized by a small thickness, a low penetration depth and a large weld width, which would additionally increase the efficiency of the process. The method according to the invention consists in the fact that the metal melted with a hidden arc spreads over the regenerated surface in the direction of oscillating movement of the electrode perpendicular to the direction of rotation in order to obtain a thin welded layer with a slight penetration depth. For surfacing, a typical single or multi-electrode arc surfacing device with a redesigned wire feed system *, additionally containing a drive forcing the electrode swinging motion, can be used. Technical benefits are high process efficiency and the possibility of a significant extension of the diameter range of the regenerated rolls. On the other hand, the operational advantage of the process is the reduction of welding deformations, obtaining the possibility of controlling the thickness of the overlay layer from a very small size, inaccessible to the conventional method, and a significant increase in the efficiency of the process. in which it is about obtaining a thin surfacing layer. The advantages of arc surfacing with a swinging electrode movement are as follows: small penetration depth, large weld width, small deformation of the welded object, increased process efficiency, possibility of regulating the thickness of the weld and the possibility of obtaining very thin welded layers .2 79632 PL PL
