Sposób wytwarzania plytek owadobójczych Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarza¬ nia plytek owadobójczych zawierajacych dwume- tylo-2,2-dwuchlorowinylofosforan.Znane sa sposoby wytwarzania plytek owadobój¬ czych, w których to sposobach plytki z drzewa na¬ syca sie dwumetylo-2,2-dwuchlorowinylofosforanem w skomplikowanej aparaturze cisnieniowej. Inne znane sposoby polegaja na zmieszaniu dwumetylo- -2,2-dwuchIorowinylofosforanu, z termoplastyczny¬ mi zywicami pochodzenia syntetycznego np. poli¬ chlorkiem winylu, poliestrami, lub tez zywicami naturalnymi i nastepnym uformowaniu plytek.Znany jest takze sposób wytwarzania plytek owa¬ dobójczych, w którym zamiast zywic miesza sie dwumetylo-2,2-dwuchlorowinylofosforan z latwo sublimujacymi substancjami i nosnikami porowa¬ tymi. Wszystkie jednak znane sposoby wymagaja stosowania skomplikowanej aparatury takiej jak walcarki, ugniatarki, urzadzenia formujace oraz kosztownych materialów jak zywice i polimery.Celem wynalazku jest zmniejszenie niedogodnos¬ ci znanych sposobów wytwarzania plytek owado¬ bójczych zawierajacych dwumetylo-2,2-dwuchloro- winylofosforan.Zgodnie z wynalazkiem cel ten osiagnieto w ten sposób, ze plytka pilsniowa o grubosci 2—6 mm zostaje wysuszona do stalej wagi w temperaturze 80—180°C a nastepnie umieszczona w zbiorniku za¬ wieraj acym dwumetylo-2,2-dwuchlorowinylof osf o- ran na czas 2—4 godzin. Po wyjeciu ze zbiornika plytke suszy sie na powietrzu w ciagu 30—90 mi¬ nut po czym zanurza sie ja do roztworu polichlor¬ ku winylu w rozpuszczalniku organicznym np. mie¬ szaninie cykloheksanonu i acetonu. The object of the invention is to reduce the drawbacks of the known methods of producing insecticide pellets containing dimethyl 2,2-dichlorovinyl phosphate. with the invention, this aim was achieved by drying a 2 to 6 mm thick fiberboard to a constant weight at a temperature of 80 to 180 ° C and then placed in a vessel containing dimethyl 2,2-dichlorovinylphosphine for 2-4 hours. After removal from the tank, the plate is air-dried for 30-90 minutes and then immersed in a solution of polyvinyl chloride in an organic solvent, for example a mixture of cyclohexanone and acetone.
