Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka meblowa, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa i oryginalna postac nózki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia nózke meblowa w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama nózke w stanie rozlozonym rf widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - zaslepke dolna nózki w widoku od spodu, fig. 4 - te sama zaslepke w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - zaslepke z adapterem w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - zaslepke z adapterem w widoku z przodu, a fig. 7- korpus rurowy nózki w przekroju poprzecznym. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1 i 2 nózka meblowa ma korpus w ksztalcie rury o kwadratowym przekroju poprzecznym, z dwoma podluznymi zebrami na kazdej wewnetrznej jego scianie usytuowanymi parami naprzeciw siebie, który od spodu zaslepiony jest zaslepka dolna, a od góry zaslepka z adapterem. Zaslepka dolna ma ksztalt prostokatnej plytki o wymiarach jej boków analogicznych jak zewnetrzne wymiary korpusu rurowego, posiadajacej na swej wewnetrznej powierzchni prostopadle usytuowane odsadzenie pierscieniowe o profilu osmiokata foremnego, którego zewnetrzne sciany równolegle usytuowane do boków tej plytki przylegaja do podluznych zeber korpusu rurowego nózki jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 3 i 4. Zaslepka z adapterem ma ksztalt plytki utworzonej z dwóch uzupelniajacych sie wzajemnie i przesunietych wzgledem siebie pól kwadratowych, mniejszego o ostrych narozach i wiekszego o trzech zaokraglonych narozach, tworzacych jeden monolit, przy czym dolne powierzchnie tych pól maja wspólne odsadzenie tulejowe majace w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt osmioboku foremnego, usytuowane prostopadle do nich i w poblizu boków mniejszego pola kwadratowego. W plytce zaslepki z adapterem w poblizu narozy zaokraglonych pola kwadratowego wiekszego oraz w osi odsadzenia tulej owego w czesci stanowiacej uzupelnienie sie obu pól kwadratowych znajduja sie cztery kolowo-stozkowe otwory montazowe, a ponadto na górnej powierzchni tej plytki wykonane jest plytkie wyjecietworzace obwodowe zebro wokól jej boków i otworów kolowych, zas dolne konce osmiu scian odsadzenia tulejowego maja zewnetrzne sciecia, skierowane ku dolowi ulatwiajace wprowadzenie tej zaslepki z korpus rurowy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in a folded state in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same leg in an unfolded state in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the leg's lower cap in a bottom view, Fig. 4 shows the same cap in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the cap with adapter in a top view, Fig. 6 shows the cap with adapter in a front view, and Fig. 7 shows the leg's tubular body in cross-section. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the furniture leg has a body in the shape of a tube with a square cross-section, with two longitudinal ribs on each of its inner walls, arranged in pairs opposite each other, which is closed from below with a lower cap and from above with a cap with an adapter. The lower plug has the shape of a rectangular plate with the dimensions of its sides analogous to the external dimensions of the tubular body, having on its internal surface a perpendicularly situated annular offset with a regular octagon profile, the external walls of which, parallel to the sides of this plate, adhere to the longitudinal ribs of the tubular body of the leg as shown in Figures 3 and 4. The plug with the adapter has the shape of a plate made of two complementary and shifted square fields, the smaller one with sharp corners and the larger one with three rounded corners, forming one monolith, wherein the lower surfaces of these fields have a common sleeve-shaped offset having a cross-section in the shape of a regular octagon, situated perpendicularly to them and close to the sides The plug plate with the adapter, near the rounded corners of the larger square plate and in the axis of the sleeve offset, in the part that complements both square fields, has four circular-conical mounting holes. Furthermore, the upper surface of this plate has a shallow recess that forms a circumferential rib around its sides and circular holes. The lower ends of the eight walls of the sleeve offset have external chamfers directed downward to facilitate the insertion of this plug into the tubular body. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg made of plastic shown in figures 1-7 is characterized by the following: it has a tubular body with a square cross-section with two longitudinal ribs on each of its inner walls, arranged in pairs opposite each other, which is closed at the bottom with a lower cap and at the top with an adapter cap; the lower cap of the tubular body has the shape of a rectangular plate with the dimensions of its sides analogous to the external dimensions of the body, having on its inner surface a perpendicularly situated annular offset with a regular octagon profile, the outer walls of which, parallel to the sides of this plate, adhere to the longitudinal ribs of the tubular body of the leg; the plug with the tubular body adapter has the shape of a plate formed by two complementary and offset square fields, the smaller one with sharp corners and the larger one with three rounded corners, forming one monolith, wherein the lower surfaces of these fields have a common sleeve-shaped offset having a regular octagonal shape in cross-section, situated perpendicularly to them and close to the sides of the smaller square field; in the plate of the plug with the adapter, near the rounded corners of the larger square field and in the axis of the sleeve offset in the part that complements both square fields, there are four circular-conical mounting holes, and in addition, on the upper surface of this plate there is a shallow recess, creating a circumferential rib around its sides and circular holes.
