Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik okolicznosciowy przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczen. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac stolika okolicznosciowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jeg o ksztalcie. Stolik okolicznosciowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada przezroczysty blat o prostokatnym ksztalcie oraz cienkie pretowe nogi w ksztalcie litery „U". Na górnych koncach nóg znajduja sie prostokatne wystepy, do których zamocowany jest blat stolu. Poziome elementy nóg zaopatrzone sa w walcowe nakladki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia stolik okolicznosciowy w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - zdjecie stolika w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.3 - zdjecie stolika od strony krótszego boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Stolik okolicznosciowy posiada przezroczysty, prostokatny blat oraz cienkie, preto- we nogi w ksztalcie litery „U". Na górnych koncach nóg znajduja sie prostokatne wystepy do których zamocowany jest blat stolu. The new and unique character of the side table based on the industrial design is evident in its shape. The side table based on the industrial design has a transparent rectangular top and thin, U-shaped legs. The upper ends of the legs have rectangular projections to which the top is attached. The horizontal legs are provided with cylindrical caps. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the side table from the front, Fig. 2 - a perspective view of the table, and Fig. 3 - a photo of the table from the shorter side. Essential features of the industrial design The occasional table has a transparent, rectangular top and thin, bar legs in the shape of the letter "U".
