Nad kazda kratka pierwszego wiersza znajduja sie kolejne litery alfabetu od A do J. Obok kazdej kratki pierwszej kolumny znajduja sie liczby od 1 do 10. Pozwala to na dokladna identyfikacje kazdej kratki tabeli, np. przez Al identyfikujemykratke znajdujaca sie w lewym górnym rogu tabeli. Pod jedna z tabel znajduje sie napis „Twoje statki" pod druga „Statki przeciwnika". Osoba grajaca w tabeli z napisem „Twoje statkJ^fjaznacza zgodnie z zamieszczona instrukcja swoje statki i postepujac dalej równiez zgodnie z instrukcja realizuje gre z druga osoba. While the game itself is well-known, the innovative idea of placing the ready-made boards on the notebook pages is illustrated in the accompanying illustrations. Fig. 1 shows the front cover of the notebook. The background of the back cover is uniform, while the graphic composition of the front cover includes several elements. On the left side, a girl sunbathing on a beach is depicted, and on the right side, a boy sitting on a rock in the mountains. In the central part of the cover, a board for playing "Ships" is depicted. It is visible against a transparent cloud. Similar, but smaller, clouds float above the heads of the boy and girl. At the bottom is the clear inscription "Let's play ships." Fig. 2 shows the notebook's inner pages. Each inner page of the notebook contains two tables, each consisting of ten rows and ten columns of square grids. Above each grid in the first row are the letters of the alphabet from A to J. Next to each grid in the first column are the numbers 1 to 10. This allows for precise identification of each grid; for example, Al identifies the grid in the upper left corner of the table. Under one grid is the text "Your Ships," and under the other, "Enemy Ships." The player marking the table with the inscription "Your Ships" marks their ships according to the instructions and, following the instructions, plays the game with another player. The essential features of the industrial design are visible in the innovative form of the notebook by placing two tables on each of its pages, consisting of ten rows and ten columns of squares. Above the squares of the first row of each table are the letters of the alphabet from A to J, and next to each square of the first column of each table are the numbers from 1 to 10. Under the first table is the inscription "Your Ships" and under the second "Opponent's Ships." The background on which both tables are placed can be of any form. The essential features of the industrial design are also visible in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors of the graphic composition of the cover and by placing the inscription "Let's play ships" on the cover.
