Z kolei scianowy system wybierania warstwami z podsadzka plynna o niewielkich stratach zlozowych wymaga wykona¬ nia wielu wyrobisk chodnikowych, odstawiania urobku przenosnikami zgrzeblowymi, oraz duzego i nienajlepiej wykorzystywanego frontu robót eksploatacyjnych. 4 i fig. 5 eksploatacja przebiega nastepujaco: Po odwierceniu, zaladowaniu i odstrzele¬ niu z pochylni 3 otworów 9 równoleglych do czola 10 ubierki górnej 22 urobek 11 stacza sie na spag 12 ubierki dolnej 13. Nastepnie wierci sie i odstrzeliwuje otwory 16 w spagu 14 ubierki górnej 22 równolegle do skarpy 17.Po wybraniu urobku 20 ze spagu 12 tamuje sie i podsadza wyeksploatowana przestrzen. Woda podsadzkowa odprowadzana jest lutniami 21 do wygrodzonego chodnika wodnego 8. PL PLPriority: Application announced: 01.06.1973 Patent description published: 30.09.1975 78635 KI. $d,15/00 MKP E21f 15/00 READING ROOM n Liiwij Inventor: Kazimierz Krasiczynski Holder of the provisional patent: Kombinat Górniczo-Hutniczy Miedzi % Zaklady Badawcze i Projektowe Miedzi "Cuprum", Wroclaw (Poland) Method of extracting thick deposits, lying under a dense roof using liquid backfill The subject of the invention is a method of extracting thick deposits with a thickness exceeding 5 m, lying under a dense roof, which is protected by a bolt support. The selected space is liquidated using liquid or hardened backfill. Conventional methods for mining thick deposits with backfill are used when there is a need to protect the roof or surface, or when the use of caving systems causes excessive mineral depletion due to the mixing of fertile rocks that are subject to caving. Conventional room-and-pillar, chamber, or scaffolding methods result in significant deposit losses. In contrast, a longwall system of layered mining with liquid backfill, with low deposit losses, requires the construction of numerous roadways, the removal of ore using scraper conveyors, and a large and underutilized mining front. Furthermore, sand deposited at the bottom of the upper layers reduces the ore and prevents the use of heavier equipment. The goal of the invention is to efficiently mine deposits over 5 meters thick with minimal losses and depletion. This goal was achieved by developing a new method of ore mining. According to the invention, this method involves obtaining output from mining excavations consisting of upper and lower layers. To obtain the output, blast holes are drilled parallel to the face of the upper layer and the slope of the lower layer. Access to these layers is gained from corridor excavations drilled under the roof and along the floor of the ore, with these excavations running parallel and alternately. This mining method allows for mining over the entire thickness of the ore with a small exposed roof area. Moreover, low operating losses are achieved, similar to those in layered longwall systems with liquid backfill, and the depletion is smaller than in these systems with high productivity and extraction as in known room-and-pillar or room systems. The invention is shown in more detail in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a part of the exploitation field in a horizontal cross-section, Figs. 2 and 3 are vertical cross-sections of this part of the exploitation field, and Figs. 4 and 5 show the situation in the exploitation excavations at different stages of the mining process.2 78635 As shown in Figs. 1-3, preparation for exploitation consists in dividing the deposit into pillars 1 with a width equal to the distance between the ramps 2 running along the floor 12 of the deposit and the ramps 3 running under the roof 15 The ramps 3 are connected directly to two headings 4 and to the haulage heading 6 by means of short ramps 5, while the ramps 2 are connected to the haulage heading 6 and to the water heading 7. The length of the ramps 1 is limited by headings 4 and 6 and by heading 7, which contains a fenced water heading 8. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the operation is as follows: After drilling, loading and blasting holes 9 parallel to the face 10 of the upper dressing 22 from the ramp 3, the mined material 11 rolls down to the floor 12 of the lower dressing 13. After the roof and sides have been stripped, the floor 14 of the upper dressing 22 should be cleaned with a bulldozer if necessary. The anchoring of the roof 15 is carried out from the floor 14 of the upper dressing 22 immediately after the rip-off and possible cleaning of the floor 14. After the roof 15 is anchored, the support 18, which protects the section of the ramp 2 near the slope 17 against damage during the firing of holes 16, is moved away from the slope 17, and the anchors 19 are removed. Then, holes 16 are drilled and fired in the floor 14 of the upper dressing 22 parallel to the slope 17. After removing the excavated material 20 from the floor 12, the mined space is blocked and backfilled. The backfill water is discharged through pipes 21 to the fenced waterway 8.
