Description

4 przedstawia elektrode w/.w gatunku z przymocowanymi na zewnetrznym obwodzie otuliny 7 drutami miedzianymi 8 w ilosci jeden lub wiecej.2 j 78 246 I ¦ .I PL PLPriority: Application announced: June 1, 1973 The patent description was published: December 31, 1975 78246 Kl.49h, 9/04 MKPB23k9 / 04 Inventors: Kazimierz Dylag, Edward Zak, Ludwik Faruga Authorized by a provisional patent: Jaworznicko-Mikolowskie Zaklady Repairing the Panhandle Industry , Kostuchna (Poland) Electrode for surfacing sintered carbide shapes and for joint welding of sintered carbide shapes. The subject of the invention is an electrode for surfacing sintered carbide shapes and for joint welding of sintered carbide shapes. So far, the electrodes used for this purpose are known: ENS CoW, ENS Co Mol, ENS Co MOII, ES18 -8NbR, EB 1.46, EB 1.50, EB 1.55, EB 1.70, ER3,46. Combined welding of sintered carbides with these electrodes can take place in strictly defined conditions that are difficult to maintain under production conditions. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these inconveniences, i.e. to reduce the sensitivity of electrodes to changing welding conditions. In accordance with the solution of the technical problem posed, the reduction of the sensitivity of the electrode to various welding conditions according to the invention was achieved due to the fact that the electrode coating of ENS CoW, ENS Co Mol, ENS Co Moll, ES18-8NbR, EB 1.46, EB 1.50, EB 1.55, EB 1.70, ER 3.46, there is a foil, mesh, wire wound in a spiral or attached around the circumference of the cover of one or more wires, made of copper. Use of ENS electrodes prepared in this way CoW, ENS Co Mol, ENS Co Moll, ES18-8NbR, EB 1.46, EB 1.50, EB 1.55, EB 1.70, RE 3.46, allows for surfacing and joint welding of solid carbide shapes in various conditions, and the binder is characterized by high plasticity and low cracking sensitivity. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the electrode of the above-mentioned grade with a coating 1 copper foil 2, Fig. 2 shows the electrode of the above-mentioned type with a copper mesh 4 applied on the cover 3, Fig. 3 shows the electrode of the above-mentioned type with a copper wire 6 wound spirally on the cover 5, Fig. 4 shows the electrode of the above mentioned. of the grade with 7 copper wires attached to the outer circumference of the casing 8 in the amount of one or more 2 j 78 246 I ¦.
