The disadvantage and disadvantage of known gauges or devices is that they provide only informative data, and make it impossible to measure the parameter of internal threads without destroying the threads and are very complicated. The object of the invention is to remedy the known drawbacks and to construct an apparatus which is relatively easy to manufacture and enables the parameters characterizing the thread to be checked. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the internal thread measuring device consists of a stationary part, ending with a set with measuring tips, and a movable unit along the thread axis, which is rigidly connected to a mandrel that moves relative to each other until it rests against thread groove sides. The working surfaces of the measuring assemblies are shaped as screw surfaces. The technical advantage of the object according to the invention is that, depending on the shape of the threads of the tips, the width of the thread groove can be measured at any diameter of the contour. The device according to the invention is easy to manufacture and extends the possibilities of measuring the parameter of internal threads. By using interchangeable sets of measuring tips it is possible to significantly increase the versatility used, for example, for measuring section diameter tolerances on any number of turns. Moreover, the device according to the invention may have threaded tips with any number of pitches, and the measuring tip assemblies may have intermittent threads for measuring the pitch. The subject matter of the invention is shown in the example of the drawing, where the fixed part 1 ends with a set of with measuring tips 2, and the movable unit 3 is rigidly connected to a mandrel 4, the movement of which relative to the part 1 is recorded by means of a known length measuring device, e.g. a micrometer depth gauge, sensor, etc. parts 2 and 3 are formed together.
