Górna podstawa przycisku w widoku z boku (fig.1) jest z jednej strony zaokraglona, a na niej osadzony jest zaczep tzw. klips w ksztalcie prostokatnej zagietej na jednym koncu plozy z lekko zaokraglonymi narozami. Przy czym, przycisk i koncówka wykonane sa z przezroczystego tworzywa, natomiast korpus z przezroczystego lekko zmatowionego tworzywa, którego powierzchnia zewnetrzna charakteryzuje sie .aksamitnym" dotykiem. Known from Polish industrial design description No. Rp-2221, the device consists of a three-segment handle, a push button, and a catch. The lower and middle segments of the handle are truncated cones with convex sides and an obliquely attached base. The sides of the middle segment have three symmetrical pairs of parallel, obliquely arranged longitudinal slots. The edge between the middle segment and the upper segment runs diagonally. The side surface of the push button has parallel grooves, and its oblique upper surface features a catch, a plate whose arms form the outline of an obtuse angle with a rounded top. From the front, the catch has the outline of a convex lens and a quadrilateral with arcuate sides. The goal of the industrial design is to create a ballpoint pen with a new, attractive shape, giving it a unique appearance that allows for an unexpected aesthetic and marketing effect, while also ensuring proper functionality. The ballpoint pen, according to the industrial design, consists of a long cylindrical body with a wide ring and tip located at the bottom, and a button with a catch at the top. The lower part of the pen is a truncated cone-shaped tip. Above the tip is a cylindrical body with a wide ring made of a soft material, preferably soft rubber, embedded in its lower section. The outer diameter of this ring is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the body. The outer surface of the ring has transverse circumferential grooves. The upper element of the pen is a button, whose cylindrical pin slides snugly into the body. The upper base of the button, seen from the side (Fig. 1), is rounded on one side, and a clip is mounted on it, shaped like a rectangular runner bent at one end with slightly rounded corners. The button and the tip are made of a transparent material, while the body is made of a transparent, slightly matt material, the outer surface of which is characterized by a "velvety" touch. The ballpoint pen, according to the industrial design, is made in the following varieties, which are characterized by a uniform color of all its above-described elements, namely: • blue color (fig. 4), • red color (fig. 5), • milky white color imitating the effect of a frosted transparent surface (fig. 6), • green color (fig. 7), • orange color (fig. 8), • yellow color (fig. 9). Significant features of the industrial design Significant features of the ballpoint pen according to the subject industrial design, which distinguish it from other pens, are that above the tip there is a body in the shape of a cylindrical tube with a wide, transversely corrugated ring made of soft material placed in its lower part along its entire circumference, with the diameter This ring is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the barrel.
