Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii i zalaczonym rysunku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Postac slonia stojacego na podstawie na czterech nogach z traba skierowana na wprost do góry lub ku dolowi (traba stanowi element wymienny) wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia slonia idacego. Uszy rozstawione na boki, ogon wkomponowany w lewa tylna noge, skóra slonia ma duzo pekniec. Na nogach cztery pazury.
