Wedlug przykladu wykonania zgodnego z wy¬ nalazkiem do rowka lub do rowków wstawia sie sprezyste pierscienie stalowe o róznej grubosci i o róznym ksztalcie, w celu zamocowania piers¬ cienia podczas szlifowania.Oprócz tego wedlug wynalazku pierscienie spre¬ zyste, znajdujace sie w rowkach wewnetrznych, posiadaja rózna grubosc i rózne profile, dostoso¬ wane sprezystoscia do kazdorazowych potrzeb. Dzieki zastosowaniu pierscieni stalowych o róznej 76 5183 grubosci, uzyskac mozna rózny stopien sprezystosci pierscieni tlokowych. 3 — pierscien sprezysty w widoku z góry, fig. 4 — pierscien sprezysty o przekroju okraglym, fig. 5 — pierscien sprezy¬ sty o przekroju trójkatnym, fig. 6 — pierscien sprezysty o przekroju kwadratowym, fig. 7 — pierscien sprezysty o przekroju prostokatnym, fig. 8 — pierscien przygotowany do szlifowania jego plaszczyzn, w przekroju pionowym, fig. 9 — pierscien tlokowy z zalozonym pierscieniem z ma¬ terialu ferromagnetycznego przygotowany dó szli¬ fowania, w przekroju pionowym.Wytloczony pierscien tlokowy 7 (fig. PLPiston ring and the method of its production The subject of the invention is a ring, especially for piston motors, and the method of its production. There are many types and types of piston rings made of hard materials on special devices that require expensive molds. The production costs are therefore high because the dies used are not suitable for the production of rings of a similar or different shape. Also, the replacement of their components presents many difficulties. The object of the invention is to develop a piston ring of such a design that would allow for its easier production by using easily replaceable and cheap tooling. The object of the invention is to produce a piston ring, which, when using copper and its alloys, will allow the use of conventional presses and will ensure easy interchangeability of dies and dies. According to the invention, the piston ring has a center-facing inclined face, which is provided with radially directed caves to drain excess oil and one The invention also encompasses a method of producing a ring according to the invention, in which the rods of copper or its alloys are turned into piston rings by means of dies and dies of appropriate shapes and dimensions, whereby during extrusion, an internal groove is made for the element on a resilient steel ring, and the inscription is embossed, and one or two faces of the piston ring are ground with a magnetic grinder. The invention uses an iron ring to hold the piston rings during grinding on a magnetic grinder. This pulley is slightly lower than the piston ring and has a downward shape so that the piston ring is held against the magnetic table by pressing against the groove or steel ring. According to the embodiment according to the invention, the groove or grooves are inserted into the groove or into the grooves. elastic steel rings of various thicknesses and shapes to fix the ring during grinding. In addition, according to the invention, the spring rings, located in the internal grooves, have different thicknesses and different profiles, adapted to the elasticity of the individual needs. Piston rings made according to the invention are used in various ways, for example with compressors, scrapers, fryers, etc. The production method allows to reduce the number of dies and tooling. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in e.g. Fig. 1 shows a lubricating or scraper ring with an attached elastic ring in a vertical section, Fig. 2 - a piston ring with an elastic ring in its groove, in a horizontal section, Fig. 3 - an elastic ring in a view from above, Fig. 4 - elastic ring with a circular section, Fig. 5 - elastic ring with a triangular section, Fig. 6 - elastic ring with a square section, Fig. 7 - elastic ring with a rectangular section, Fig. 8 - ring prepared for grinding its planes, in vertical section, Fig. 9 - piston ring with a ferromagnetic material ring fitted, prepared for grinding, in vertical section. Embossed piston ring 7 (Fig. 1) is provided with internal grooves 8, which serve for the subsequent installation of suitable spring rings 9 made of steel, circular 10, triangular 11, square 12 or rectangular 13, Piston ring 7 (Fig. 8) has an iron disc 19 in the groove 8 which is attracted to the magnetic grinding table. The disc 19 (FIG. 16) rests on a ring 9. In both cases it is expedient for the disc 19 to have a bevelled edge and that its contact plane with the magnetic table is strictly at the height of one of the piston ring surfaces. PL
