Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na meskie wody kolonskie, jak na przyklad wody toaletowe, czy wody po goleniu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie pojemnika wraz z okreslona kolorystyka zewnetrznej powierzchni, nadajac pojemnikowi zalety uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, zwiazane z jego trzymaniem w dloniach, a takze wysokie walory zdobnicze, charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i w materiale ilustracyjnym. Rysunek przedstawia na fig. 1 widok boczny pojemnika na meskie wody kolonskie, fig. 2- wi/iolf z góry pojemnika, jak na lig. 1. Material ilustracyjny stanowia zdjecia pojemnika, i tak: fig. 3 przedstawia widok boczny pojemnika na meskie wody kolonskie, fig. 4 - widok z góry pojemnika jak na fig. 3. Pojemnik na meskie wody kolonskie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego majacy w czesci górnej cylindryczna koncówke wlewowa z kolnierzem oporowym, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przestrzennie stanowi wysmukly cylinder, którego górna powierzchnia pod niewielkim katem stozkowo przechodzi w cylindryczna koncówke wlewowa na której rozlacznie i ksztaltowo osadzona jest walcowa oslonowa nasadka z zaoblona górna podstawa. Na jej powierzchni wyprofilowane sa poziome pierscieniowe wglebienia oraz podluzne eliptyczne wyciecia. W wewnetrznej przestrzeni walcowej oslonowej nasadki uksztaltowane sa podluzne usztywniajaco mocujace uzebrowania.Pojemnik ksztaltem i barwa powierzchni - koloru ciemnobrazowego, z czarna mozaika, stylizuje cygara hawanskie. Wyglad butelki odpowiada je j zawartosci, która stanowia meskie wody toaletowe, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 i fig. 4. Pojemnik ma meskie wody kolonskie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majac ksztalt wysmuklego cylindra pozwala na pewne trzymanie w dloniach wypelnionego kosmetykami pojemnika z równoczesnym zapewnieniem ergonomii chwytu i stabilnosci posadowienia na podstawie. Ponadto pojemnik w zewnetrznym odbiorze jest bardzo estetyczny i podobienstwo do cygara sugestywnie oddzialywuje na meskich odbiorców plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych.Fig.1Fíg.2Fig.3F/0,4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container for men's colognes, such as toilet waters or aftershaves. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shape of the container, along with the specific color scheme of the outer surface, giving the container practical and ergonomic advantages related to its handling, as well as high decorative values characteristic of industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material. Figure 1 shows a side view of the container for men's colognes, and Figure 2 shows the top view of the container, as in the illustration. 1. The illustrative material consists of photographs of the container, as follows: Fig. 3 shows a side view of the container for men's colognes, Fig. 4 - a top view of the container as in Fig. 3. The container for men's colognes, according to the industrial design, having a cylindrical filling nozzle with a retaining collar in its upper part, has essential features of the industrial design, characterized in that it spatially constitutes a slender cylinder, the upper surface of which, at a slight conical angle, merges into the cylindrical filling nozzle, on which a cylindrical protective cap with a rounded upper base is releasably and shapely mounted. Its surface is profiled with horizontal annular recesses and elongated elliptical cutouts. The inner space of the cylindrical protective cap features longitudinal stiffening ribs for secure attachment. The container's shape and surface color—dark brown with black mosaic—resemble Havana cigars. The bottle's appearance reflects its contents, which are men's eau de toilette, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The container contains men's colognes, following an industrial design. Its slender cylindrical shape allows for a firm grip while the container is filled with cosmetics, while also ensuring an ergonomic grip and stability on the base. Moreover, the container is very aesthetic in appearance and its resemblance to a cigar has a suggestive effect on male consumers of liquid cosmetic products.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3F/0,4 PL PL
