Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wanna kapielowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, którego: fig. 1 przedstawia wanne w widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia wanne w widoku z boku, ustawiona na stelarzu podporowym, fig. 3 ukazuje wanne w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu,fig. 4 ukazuje wanne w widoku perspektywicznym z boku fig. 5 ukazuje fragment wanny widoku perspektywicz- nym, obejmujacym czesc misy z wystepem pokazanym z przodu, fig. 6 ukazuje fragment wanny w widoku perspekty- wicznym obejmujacym czesc misy z wystepem pokazanym z boku, fig. 7 ukazuje w widoku z góry fragment wanny obejmujacy mise. Wanna wedlug wzoru posiada plaska plyte góma o obrysie formie trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawe stanowi odcinek luku. W górna plyte wpuszczona jest otoczona sfazowanym kolnierzem misa kapielowa, która ma obrys w formie nieregularnego piecioboku wpisanego w obrys plyty górnej, o nieco zaokraglonych bokach, przy czym sciany boczne misy, posiadajace rózny stopien nachylenia, stykaja sie z dnem, zaopatrzonym w otwór odplywowy. W jednym z narozy misy znajduje sie plaski, nieco wpuszczony, poziomy wystep o zasadniczo pionowych scianach bocznych i górnej powierzchnipoziomej w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku o nieco zakrzywionych bokach, z których dwa przylegaja do krawedzi obrysu górnej plyty wanny. Wanna kapielowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonana moze byc metoda termoformowania plyt z tworzyw sztucznych lub laminowania i moze byc zaopatrzona w jeden lub kilka otworów wlotowych umieszczonych w sciankach bocznych, oraz w otwory przelewowe. Wanna przeznaczona jest do zabudowywania w lazienkach na stelarzu podporowym. Ceche istotna wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze: wanna wedlug wzoru posiada plaska plyte górna o obrysie formie trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawe stanowi odcinek luku, a w górna plyte wpuszczona jest otoczona sfazowanym kolnierzem misa kapielowa, która ma obrys w formie nieregularnego piecioboku o nieco zaokraglonych bokach wpisanego w obrys plyty górnej, przy czym sciany boczne misy, posiadajace rózny stopien nachylenia, stykaja sie z dnem, zaopatrzonym w otwór odplywowy, natomiast w jednym z narozy misy znajduje sie plaski, niecowpuszczony, poziomy wystep o zasadniczo pionowych scianach bocznych i górnej powierzchni poziomej w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku o nieco zakrzywionych bokach, z których dwa przylegaja do krawedzi obrysu górnej plyty wanny. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, of which: Fig. 1 shows the bathtub from above; Fig. 2 shows the bathtub from a side view, placed on a support frame; Fig. 3 shows the bathtub from a front perspective; Fig. 4 shows the bathtub from a side perspective; Fig. 5 shows a fragment of the bathtub from a perspective view, including part of the bowl with a protrusion shown from the front; Fig. 6 shows a fragment of the bathtub from a perspective view, including part of the bowl with a protrusion shown from the side; Fig. 7 shows a top view of a fragment of the bathtub encompassing the bowl. The bathtub, according to the design, has a flat top plate in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the base of which is a segment of an arc. A bathing bowl surrounded by a chamfered collar is recessed into the top plate. Its outline is an irregular pentagon inscribed within the outline of the top plate, with slightly rounded sides. The bowl's side walls, with varying degrees of inclination, meet the bottom, which is equipped with a drainage hole. At one corner of the bowl is a flat, slightly recessed, horizontal projection with essentially vertical side walls and a horizontal upper surface in the shape of an irregular quadrilateral with slightly curved sides, two of which adjoin the edge of the bathtub's top plate outline. An industrial-style bathtub can be manufactured using thermoforming or laminating plastic sheets and can be equipped with one or more inlet openings located in the side walls, as well as overflow openings. The bathtub is designed for installation in bathrooms on a support frame. An essential feature of the industrial design is that: the bathtub according to the pattern has a flat top plate in the form of an isosceles triangle whose base is an arc section, and a bathing bowl surrounded by a chamfered collar is recessed into the top plate, the outline of which is an irregular pentagon with slightly rounded sides inscribed in the outline of the top plate, wherein the side walls of the bowl, having a different degree of inclination, are in contact with the bottom provided with a drain hole, while in one of the corners of the bowl there is a flat, not recessed, horizontal projection with essentially vertical side walls and a horizontal upper surface in the shape of an irregular quadrilateral with slightly curved sides, two of which are adjacent to the edge of the outline of the top plate of the bathtub.
