Description

Pierwszenstwo: - Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 20.03.1975 75949 KI. 23e,2 MKP Clld 1/83 Twórca wynalazku: Antoni Gryziecki Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Instytut Spawalnictwa, Gliwice (Polska) Zmywacz penetrantowy Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zmywacz penetran¬ towy stosowany w defektoskopii barwnej. Cel ten zostal osiagniety przez opracowanie zmy¬ wacza skladajacego sie objetosciowo z 8% do 12% niejonowego srodka powierzchniowo czynnego, 25% do 35% acetonu, 25% do 35% alkoholu ety¬ lowego, 13% do 18% ksylenu, 10% do 15% benze¬ nu, 3% do 7% nafty i 1% kwasu olejowego.Zmywacz penetrantowy moze równiez skladac sie objetosciowo z 18% do 22% niejonowego srod¬ ka powierzchniowego czynnego, 25% do 35% ace¬ tonu, 25% do 35% alkoholu etylowego, 3% do 7% nafty, 15% do 20% ksylenu, 13% do 18% benzenu i 1% kwasu olejowego.Zastosowanie zmywacza umozliwia usuniecie ca¬ lego penetrantu czerwonego z powierzchni zlacza nie powodujac jednoczesnie nadmiernego wypluki¬ wania go z wad powierzchniowych. W ten sposób^ uzyskuje sie znacznie lepsza wykrywalnosc wad, poniewaz na tle bialej, bez przypadkowych zabar¬ wien, powloce tla uzyskuje sie kontrastowy obraz wad. W sklad zmywacza wchodzi objetosciowo 8% do 12% niejonowego srodka powierzchniowo czyn¬ nego, korzystnie produktu addycji 8 czasteczek tlenku etylenu do nonylofenolu, 25% do 35% ace- 5 tonu, 25% do 35% alkoholu etylowego, 13% do 18% ksylenu, 10% do 15% benzenu, 3% do 7% nafty i 1% kwasu olejowego.Zmywacz wytwarza sie w sposób nastepujacy: srodek powierzchniowo czynny rozpuszcza sie w 10 acetonie, dodaje alkoholu etylowego a po wymie¬ szaniu dodaje sie dodatkowo ksylen i benzen. Po ponownym wymieszaniu nalezy dodac nafte i kwas olejowy, którego dodatek zabezpiecza przed wnika¬ niem zmywacza do wnetrza szczelin lub por i wy- 15 mywaniem penetranta.Odmiana zmywacza sklada sie objetosciowo z 18% do 22% niejonowego srodka powierzchniowo czynnego, korzystnie produktu polimeryzacji wo¬ bec katalizatora 42 czasteczek tlenku efylenu, 25% 20 do 35% acetonu, 25% do 35% alkoholu etylowego, 5% do 7% nafty, 15% do 20% ksylenu, 13% do 18% benzenu, 1% kwasu olejowego.Zmywacz wytwarza sie w sposób nastepujacy: srodek powierzchniowo czynny rozpuszcza sie w 25 acetonie, dodaje sie alkoholu etylowego a po wy¬ mieszaniu dodaje sie nafte, ksylen i benzen. Po po¬ nownym wymieszaniu nalezy dodac kwas olejowy i mieszac calosc do chwili otrzymania jednorodnej, klarownej cieczy. bo Zadaniem srodka powierzchniowo czynnego jest 75 94975 949 3 4 umozliwienie usuwania potraktowanego zmywa¬ czem penetranta przy pomocy wody.Dodatek kwasu olejowego zabezpiecza przed wni¬ kaniem zmywacza do wnetrza szczelin i wad i wy¬ mywaniem penetranta. PLPriority: - Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: March 20, 1975 75949 KI. 23e, 2 MKP Clld 1/83 Inventor: Antoni Gryziecki Authorized by the provisional patent: Instytut Spawalnictwa, Gliwice (Poland) Penetrant cleaner. The subject of the invention is a penetrant cleaner used in color defectoscopy. So far, excess panferehtes are removed mechanically dry or with organic solvents. This results in inaccurate cleaning of particularly rough surfaces, as well as washing the penetrant from the crevices of defects. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate these defects and inconveniences and to enable easy removal of the penetrant from the controlled surface. This goal was achieved by developing a volumetric cleaner of 8% to 12% non-ionic surfactant, 25% to 35% acetone, 25% to 35% ethanol, 13% to 18% xylene, 10% to 15% benzene, 3% to 7% kerosene and 1% oleic acid. The penetrant cleaner may also be composed by volume of 18% to 22% non-ionic surfactant, 25% to 35% acetone, 25% to 35% ethyl alcohol, 3% to 7% kerosene, 15 % to 20% xylene, 13% to 18% benzene and 1% oleic acid. The use of the remover allows to remove all red penetrant from the joint surface without causing excessive washing out of surface defects. In this way, a much better detection of defects is obtained, since a contrasting image of defects is obtained against a white background, without accidental colorings. The remover contains 8% to 12% by volume of a non-ionic surfactant, preferably the addition product of 8 ethylene oxide molecules to nonylphenol, 25% to 35% acetone, 25% to 35% ethyl alcohol, 13% to 18% xylene, 10% to 15% benzene, 3% to 7% kerosene and 1% oleic acid. The cleaner is prepared as follows: the surfactant is dissolved in acetone, ethyl alcohol is added, and after mixing additional xylene and benzene. After re-mixing, add kerosene and oleic acid, the addition of which will prevent the penetration of the remover into the inside of the fissures or pores and washing out the penetrant. The remover variation consists of 18% to 22% of a non-ionic surfactant, preferably a water polymerization product. Due to the catalyst, 42 particles of efylene oxide, 25% 20 to 35% acetone, 25% to 35% ethanol, 5% to 7% kerosene, 15% to 20% xylene, 13% to 18% benzene, 1% oleic acid. The remover is prepared as follows: the surfactant is dissolved in acetone, ethyl alcohol is added and, after stirring, kerosene, xylene and benzene are added. After re-mixing, add the oleic acid and mix until a homogeneous, clear liquid is obtained. Because the function of the surfactant is to allow the removal of the penetrant treated with the cleanser with water. The addition of oleic acid prevents the cleanser from penetrating into the interior of gaps and defects and washing out the penetrant. PL
