Description
W tefn sposób otayimluje sie,, bez stosowania potrzebnej do stopienia ma- terjaln wysokiej temperatury i bez stosowa¬ nia wiekszych ilosci zmniejszajacych zawar¬ tosc kwasu fosforowego dodatków, wysoko- wartosciowy tiawóz, zawierajacy kwas fos¬ forowy w stanie latwym do asymilacji.Okazalo sie korzystnem dodawanie do traktowanych fosforanów okolo 6°/0 wegla¬ nu wapnia. PL PLThe present invention relates to the preparation of an easily assimilable phosphorus fertilizer by the preparation of mineral phosphates without the use of sulfuric acid. Mixtures of mineral phosphates, especially inferior species, have already been proposed to be mixed with calcium carbonate in thi many amounts per molecule. of phosphoric acid (P20-o), at least 4 calcium particles were released, and then, if necessary, after spreading the mixture in air, grinding the mixture. It has also been proposed to prepare compounds of easily soluble phosphoric and silicic acids by converting a mixture of phosphates and artificial silicon compounds and lime into a flameninine state and treating the mixture in this state with water. In this process it is necessary to use high temperatures (temperatures sintering and melting!) and relatively large amounts of intratumoral materials, due to the fact that the phosphorus content in the proidiukt is reduced due to the fact that it is possible to produce it in a simple way entirely for the use of phosphorus fertilizer by the infusion of mineral phosphates, especially of the higher grades, with relatively low amounts of calcium carbonate at 600 ° C or less and trialktion of nlaistep-nte water. It is possible to isolate a high-quality thi-fertilizer containing phosphoric acid in an easy-to-assimilate state without the use of the high temperature required to melt and without the use of larger amounts of phosphoric acid reducing additives. it is preferable to add about 6% calcium carbonate to the phosphates to be treated.
