Wykorzystujac utwardzajace wlasnosci odpadów mozna je równiez stosowac w mieszaninie z innymi roz- cienczaczami np. maczka wapniakowa, gipsem, fosforytami, itp. Odpady porafinacyjne siarki skladajace sie glównie z siatki i weglanu wapniowego mozna zastapic mieszajac oba wyzej wymienione skladniki.Nawozy saletrzane z domieszka odpadów poflotacyjnych i porafinacyjnych siarki zawieraja oprócz podsta¬ wowych skladników, jak azotan amonowy, weglan wapniowy i elementarna siarka równiez niewielkie ilosci magnezu, glinu, zelaza i krzemionki. I. PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 31, 1973 Patent description was published: December 23, 1974 75193 KI. 16b, 1/00 MKP C05c 1/00 CLEANING ROOM of the Office P, plc-ntov.?: Go 'Pilska l <. . i aj Icsoir 'Creatorswynalazku: Edward Luc, Stanislaw Gajewski, Jan Bera Authorized under the provisional patent: Sulfur Research and Development Center "Siarkopol", Machów near Tarnobrzeg (Poland) Method of producing non-caking artificial nitrate fertilizers The subject of the invention is a method of producing chippings The invention concerns a method of producing non-caking nitrate fertilizers based on the use of waste after flotation and sulfur refining for the production of artificial fertilizers. The ammonium nitrate produced so far consists of two components: ammonium nitrate and calcium carbonate as a diluent. based on ammonium nitrate and calcium carbonate (calcium flour), it is a single-component fertilizer that acts on one side in the process of plant nutrition, moreover, it is a fertilizer with a significant tendency to clumping, which is a great difficulty for the transport, storage and sowing of fertilizer. The purpose of the invention j is the production of non-caking multi-component nitrate fertilizers containing, in addition to ammonium nitrate, also elemental sulfur. This goal will be achieved by replacing the ammonium nitrate diluent used so far, which is limestone flour, with waste after sulfur flotation and refining, or a mixture of both these wastes. The obtained fertilizers differ from calcium ammonium nitrate both in terms of chemistry (they contain the powder of ammonium nitrate and calcium carbonate still elemental sulfur) and in terms of physicochemical properties. They are fertilizers with increased granule hardness and do not show any tendency to agglomerate under the conditions of production and storage of nitro-chalk. Their chemical composition, appearance and physical and chemical properties make them significantly different from the produced nitro-chalk in a favorable sense. By using the hardening properties of waste, they can also be used in a mixture with other thinners, e.g. lime flour, gypsum, phosphates, etc. Sulfur post-refining waste, consisting mainly of mesh and calcium carbonate, can be replaced by mixing both the above-mentioned components. , aluminum, iron and silica. In the case of using a complex diluent (e.g. with phosphate rock), the fertilizers are enriched with an additional component without changing their physical and chemical properties.2 75193 Example I. 0.6 kg of ammonium nitrate and 0.4 kg of dried sulfur flotation waste are melted into In an indirectly heated mixer, steam and the melt are mixed for 3-5 minutes, after which the melt is subjected to mechanical or tower granulation. Example II. 0.6 kg of ammonium nitrate and 0.4 kg of flour from sulfur refining waste are melted in a mixer and granulated as in example I. Example III. 0.6 kg of ammonium nitrate, 0.2 kg of dried sulfur flotation waste and 0.2 kg of flour from sulfur refining waste are melted and granulated as in example I. Example IV. 0.6 kg of ammonium nitrate, 0.2 kg of flour from waste from sulfur refining and 0.2 kg of phosphate rock are melted and granulated as in example I. PL EN
