Tworzywa sztuczne sa szczególnie atrakcyjnym materialem na komplety lazienkowe, z uwagi na bogaty wachlarz dostepnych kolorów oraz latwosc for- mowania i mozliwosc nadawania poszczególnym elementom kompletu dowol- nych form przestrzennych. Komplet lazienkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci przejawiajace sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie poszczególnych czesci kompletu z tworzywa sztucznego, imitujacym wyglad wyrobów ceramicznych. Various bathroom sets are known, consisting of shelves, handles, hangers, and stands, made of a variety of materials: ceramic, metal, glass, plastic, and combinations of these materials. Plastics are a particularly attractive material for bathroom sets due to the wide range of available colors, ease of molding, and the ability to shape individual elements of the set into any desired spatial form. A bathroom set based on an industrial design possesses the characteristics of novelty and originality, manifested in the distinctive shape of the individual plastic parts of the set, imitating the appearance of ceramic products. The "ceramic" effect of the individual parts of the set is achieved by using gentle contours, large radii of concave surfaces, convex side surfaces, and concealing the mounting hooks inside the individual parts of the set - on the side of the flat surfaces in contact with the bathroom wall. Additionally, the "ceramic" effect of the set's appearance can be emphasized by the appropriate selection of the color of the material used and the appropriate surface finish of the set elements - imitating the glaze on traditional ceramic bathroom sets. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a collective list of all parts from A to L of the bathroom set and additionally Figs. 2-6 show these elements in three different views, in which the individual parts of the set are always marked with the same, above-mentioned symbols: Figs. 2-4 show a soap dish (A), a stand for two glasses (B), a single hanger (C), a double hanger (D), a holder in the shape of a half-ellipse for a towel (E), a one-armed towel hanger (F) and a brush with a container (L) - in a perspective view, from the left side, from the right side and from the top, respectively, while Figs. 4-6 show a two-armed towel hanger (G), a handle (H), a long shelf for a mirror (I), a long shelf above a bathtub or washbasin (J) and a double hanger for two bath towels (K) - also in a perspective view from the left, right, and top, respectively. Essential features of an industrial-style bathroom set: • The industrial-style bathroom set, made of plastic, shown in illustrative material Fig. 1-7, includes twelve elements with an appearance imitating ceramic products, manifested by gentle contours, large radii of concave surfaces, and convex side surfaces, attached to the bathroom walls, with invisible hooks located in the flat contact surfaces of individual elements of the set with the wall. • The bathroom set according to the industrial design, shown in the illustrations Fig. 1-7, includes eight elements with one contact surface with the wall, i.e. a soap dish - A, a stand with two cups - B, a single hanger - C, a double hanger - D, a half-ellipse-shaped towel holder - E, a single-arm towel holder - F, a double-arm towel holder - G and a toilet brush holder - L. • The bathroom set according to the industrial design, shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 and 5-7, includes four elements with two contact surfaces with the wall, i.e. a handle - H, a mirror shelf - I, a shelf above the bathtub or washbasin - J and a double hanger for two bath towels - K. • In the bathroom set according to the industrial design, element A - a soap dish, shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 and 2-4, has an oval shape with a characteristically widened, convex side surface and a concave top surface, with a clearly marked edge of the transition between these surfaces, while the recess of the soap dish has grooves perpendicular to the contact surface with the bathroom wall. • In the bathroom set according to the industrial design, element B - a stand with two cups, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2-4, has a kidney shape with a characteristically widened, convex side surface and a concave top surface, with a clearly marked edge of the transition between these surfaces, while the recess of the stand has two round holes for two bulging cups, tapering towards the bottom, made of the same material. • In the bathroom set according to the industrial design, elements C to E - a single hanger, a double hanger and a semi-ellipse-shaped towel holder, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2-4, have characteristically shaped hooks in the lower oval part of the body, while the single hanger C and the towel holder E have disc-shaped bodies, the double hanger D has a body in the shape of two such discs joined together laterally, and additionally in the towel holder E - a semi-ellipse-shaped ring is attached to the hook with the oval part upwards. • In the bathroom set according to the industrial design, elements F and G - a single-arm and a double-arm towel rack, shown in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 7, have massive arms in the form of slightly curved horizontal beams, with one end pivotally mounted in a convex body attached to the bathroom wall. • In the bathroom set according to the industrial design, elements H to K - a handle, longitudinal shelves, and a double bath towel rack, shown in illustrative material Fig. 1 and 5-7, each have two surfaces in contact with the wall, located at the ends of these elements, which are characteristically widened, with a convex side surface and a concave top surface with a clearly marked edge of the transition between these surfaces, while in the central part these elements have a uniform height or thickness, significantly smaller than the corresponding dimensions of the end parts. • In the bathroom set according to the industrial design, element L - a container with a toilet brush, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2-4, has a characteristically widened container with a flat surface in contact with the bathroom wall, a convex side surface and a concave upper surface, with a clearly marked edge of the transition between these surfaces, while the upper surface has a cylindrical recess for the brush, which has an expanding shaft with a flattened handle. • The elements of the bathroom set according to the industrial design, shown in the illustrations Fig. 1-7, provide an individualized bathroom design through the free selection of the set elements to be installed in a given bathroom - both in terms of their function and their form. They can constitute the equipment of several bathrooms in a single-family home or a small guesthouse, while maintaining the uniformity of style of all of them and the diversity of the equipment in each of them.
