Abstract

Torba posiada uchwyty kabłąkowe (1a), których dolne końce ramion zamocowane są przez pasy wklejek (2) przyklejone spoiną do wewnętrznych powierzchni przeciwległych i szerszych ścian bocznych (b) torby oraz wzdłuż i poniżej górnych krawędzi otworu załadowczego. Wklejki (2) wykonane są z laminatu na bazie papieru z jednostronną warstwą zgrzewalną tworzywa sztucznego, skierowaną w stronę warstwy zgrzewalnej wklejki na przeciwległej ścianie bocznej (b) torby.The bag has bow handles (1a), the lower ends of which are secured by adhesive strips (2) that are welded to the inner surfaces of the opposite and wider side walls (b) of the bag, as well as along and below the upper edges of the loading opening. The adhesive strips (2) are made of a paper-based laminate with a single-sided heat-sealable plastic layer facing the heat-sealable adhesive layer on the opposite side wall (b) of the bag.

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest prostopadloscienna torba papierowa z zamykanym otworem zaladowczym, stanowiaca pojemnik na róznego rodzaju towary handlowe, zapewniajacy zachowanie trwalego zamkniecia w transporcie, magazynowaniu i sprzedazy. Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a rectangular paper bag with a closable loading opening, constituting a container for various types of commercial goods, ensuring permanent closure during transport, storage and sale.

Podczas dostawy do finalnego odbiorcy towaru w jednorazowym opakowaniu typu torby papiero- wej, przy licznych i dynamicznych przemieszczeniach napelnionych toreb wystepuje narazenie ich na uszkodzenie oraz utrate trwalego zamkniecia otworu zaladowczego, a ponadto odbiorca powinien miec pewnosc nienaruszalnosci towaru przez osoby niepowolane. Jedno z bardzo wielu znanych rozwiazan prostopadlosciennych toreb papierowych z zamykanym otworem zaladowczym jest przed- stawione w polskim opisie ochronnym wzoru uzytkowego PL73067Y1. Torba ta, przeznaczona do prze- noszenia zakupionego towaru na niewielkie odleglosci, ma dwa sznurkowe uchwyty kablakowe, których dolne konce zamocowane sa spoina klejowa przez pasy papierowych wklejek do wewnetrznych po- wierzchni przeciwleglych, szerszych scian bocznych torby. Wklejki usytuowane sa wzdluz i ponizej gór- nych krawedzi otworu zaladowczego. Torba wedlug opisu ochronnego PL73067Y1 wyróznia sie tym, ze na jednej z wklejek przyklejona jest tasma dwustronnie klejaca, oslonieta od strony wnetrza torby tasma ochronna. Po napelnieniu torby i zdjeciu tasmy ochronnej, poprzez obustronny zacisk scian bocz- nych w strefach przykrawedziowych otworu zaladowczego uzyskuje sie liniowe zamkniecie otworu na spoinie klejowej, pomiedzy tasma dwustronnie klejaca i wklejka przeciwleglego boku torby. Polacze- nie to w warunkach wielokrotnych przegiec podczas czynnosci przeladowac nie jest trwale i dochodzic moze do rozszczelnienia otworu torby. Rozwiazanie ze srodkiem klejacym w postaci tasmy dwustronnie klejacej tworzy polaczenie rozlaczne, które umozliwia wielokrotne otwieranie i zamykanie torby bez po- zostawienia widocznych sladów takiego dzialania, co jest niekorzystne zwlaszcza w warunkach dostep- nosci osób postronnych. Celowym bylo wiec opracowanie rozwiazania torby papierowej cechujacej sie trwalym zamknieciem otworu zaladowczego, odpornym na obciazenie wielokrotnych przegiec podczas transportu i skladowania, a jednoczesnie chroniacym zapakowany towar przed nieupowaznionym otwarciem bez widocznych sladów takiej ingerencji. During delivery to the final recipient of goods in disposable paper bag packaging, the numerous and dynamic movements of filled bags expose them to damage and the loss of the permanent seal of the loading opening. Furthermore, the recipient should be assured of the goods' inviolability by unauthorized persons. One of the many well-known solutions for rectangular paper bags with a closing loading opening is presented in the Polish utility model description PL73067Y1. This bag, designed for carrying purchased goods over short distances, has two string handles, the lower ends of which are attached to the inner surfaces of the opposite, wider side walls of the bag with an adhesive bond through strips of paper inserts. The inserts are located along and below the upper edges of the loading opening. The bag, according to the protective description PL73067Y1, is distinguished by the fact that one of the inserts is covered with double-sided adhesive tape from the inside of the bag. After filling the bag and removing the protective tape, a linear closure of the opening is achieved by clamping the side walls on both sides near the edges of the loading opening. This connection, under conditions of repeated bending during loading, is not durable and may lead to the bag opening becoming unsealed. The double-sided adhesive tape solution creates a detachable connection that allows the bag to be opened and closed repeatedly without leaving visible traces of such action, which is unfavorable, especially in conditions accessible to unauthorized persons. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a paper bag solution characterized by a permanent closure of the loading opening, resistant to the load of repeated bending during transport and storage, while simultaneously protecting the packaged goods against unauthorized opening without leaving visible traces of such tampering.

A rectangular paper bag with a closable loading opening, having cord-like handles attached at their lower ends by adhesive bonding strips along and below the upper edges of the loading opening to the inner surfaces of the opposite, wider side walls of the bag. The cord-like handles have an adhesive layer on the inner surface of the cord-like handles, which, when externally pressed from both sides at a predetermined temperature, bonds the loading opening walls. The cord-like handles are made of a paper-based laminate with a single-sided heat-sealable layer of thermoplastic facing the heat-sealable layer of the cord-like handles on the opposite wall of the bag. Preferably, the cord-like handles are in the form of a paper string.

A rectangular paper bag with a closable loading opening, having cable handles (1) attached with their lower ends through the strips of the inserts (2) by an adhesive joint (2a), along and below the upper edges of the loading opening, to the inner surfaces of the opposite, wider side walls (b) of the bag, wherein the inserts (2) have an adhesive layer on the inner surface which, under external pressure from both sides (F) at temperature (t), joins the walls of the loading opening, characterized in that the inserts (2) are made of a paper-based laminate (2b) with a single-sided heat-sealable layer (2c) of thermoplastic facing the heat-sealable layer (2c) of the insert (2) on the opposite wall of the bag.

2. A rectangular paper bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the cable holders (1) have the form of a paper string (1a).

3. A rectangular paper bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the cable holders (1) are in the form of paper strips (1b) bent rectangularly and flatly in two corners.
