Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 23.12.1974 74 201 KI. 24d, 2 MKP F23fl 5/04 CZYTELNIA Urzedu Patentowego Mstuj IzecTwasptftiij Ludniej Twórcy wynalazku: Stefan Nowakowski, Janusz Blazejewski Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Instytut Techniki Cieplnej, Lódz (Polska) Instalacja do spalania odpadków komunalnych Przedmiotem wynalazku jest instalacja do spalania odpadków komunalnych, zwlaszcza o niskiej wartosci opalowej i duzej wilgotnosci.W znanych dotychczas instalacjach do spalania odpadków komunalnych z uzyskiem energii elektrycznej i ctóplnej odpadki spala sie w komorach paleniskowych wyposazonych w specjalne ruszta (bebnowe, podsuwo- wo-zwrotne, lub inne). Instalacje takie pracuja zadawalajaco jedynie wówczas, gdy odpadki maja umiarkowana wilgotnosc a ich wartosc opalowa jest zawarta w wymaganych granicach — przewaznie 800 do 1000 kcal/kg.Warunki te sa spelnione tylko wtedy, jesli w sklad odpadków komunalnych wchodzi duzo palnych opakowan* W przypadku, gdy struktura odpadków komunalnych nie spelnia wyzej wymienionych warunków z powodu duzej zawartosci skladników mokrych, które utrudniaja palenie, znane obecnie instalacje nie zdaja egzaminu.Celem wynalazku jest zapewnienie mozliwosci spalania odpadków komunalnych o niskiej wartosci opalo¬ wej i duzej wilgotnosci.Cel ten osiagnieto za pomoca instalacji do spalania odpadków komunalnych z uzyskiem energii elektrycznej i cieplnej wedlug wynalazku, która zawiera suszarke odpadków, wykorzystujaca gazy spalinowe, kotla i dozow¬ nik paliwa dodatkowego.Instalacja wedlug wynalazku rozwiazuje problem likwidacji odpadków komunalnych o niskiej wartosci opalowej i duzej wilgotnosci a jednoczesnie pozwala uzyskiwac energie elektryczna i cieplna.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidoczniony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, który przedstawia schemat instalaqi. Instalacja do spalania odpadków komunalnych sklada sie z zsypu odpadków 1, magnetycznego separa¬ tora 2 zlomu zelaznego, suszarki bebnowej 3, która pracuje w zakresie temperatur 150-250°C i ma za zadanie podsuszenie oraz dezynfekcje odpadków, cyklonu 4 oddzielajacego odpadki suche od gazów suszacych, zasobni¬ ka 5 odpadków suchych, zasobnika 6 dodatków ego paliwa (mialu weglowego lub mazutu), dozownika 7 paliwa dodatkowego, który utrzymuje wymagana minimalna wartosc opalowa mieszanki odpadków i paliwa, kotla, parowego 8 ze specjalnym paleniskiem do spalania odpadków (np. typu bebnowego) elektrofiltrów 2, wentylato¬ rów spalin 10, turbiny parowej 1t typu cieplowniczego, generatora pradu zmiennego 12 i odbiorników ciepla 13.2 74 201 PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: December 23, 1974 74 201 KI. 24d, 2 MKP F23fl 5/04 READING ROOM of the Patent Office Mstuj IzecTwasptftiij Ludniej Inventors of the invention: Stefan Nowakowski, Janusz Blazejewski Authorized by a temporary patent: Instytut Techniki Cieplnej, Lódz (Poland) Installation for incineration of municipal waste The subject of the invention is an installation for incinerating municipal waste, especially with low calorific value and high humidity. In previously known installations for incineration of municipal waste with the production of electricity and heat, waste is burned in combustion chambers equipped with special grates (drum, feed-return or other). Such installations work satisfactorily only when the waste has a moderate humidity and its calorific value is within the required limits - usually 800 to 1000 kcal / kg. These conditions are only met if the municipal waste contains a lot of flammable packaging * In the event that when the structure of municipal waste does not meet the above-mentioned conditions due to the high content of wet constituents that hinder smoking, the currently known installations do not work. The aim of the invention is to ensure that municipal waste with low calorific value and high humidity can be incinerated. This aim was achieved by an installation for incineration of municipal waste with the production of electric and thermal energy according to the invention, which includes a waste dryer, using flue gases, a boiler and an additional fuel dispenser. The installation according to the invention solves the problem of liquidation of municipal waste with low calorific value and high humidity, and at the same time allows and obtaining electric and thermal energy. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, which shows the installation diagram. The installation for incineration of municipal waste consists of a waste chute 1, a magnetic scrap separator 2, a drum dryer 3, which works in the temperature range of 150-250 ° C and is designed to dry and disinfect waste, a cyclone 4 separating dry waste from gases dry waste container 5, fuel additive container 6 (coal dust or mazout), additional fuel dispenser 7, which maintains the required minimum heating value of the mixture of waste and fuel, boiler, steam 8 with a special furnace for burning waste (e.g. drum type) electrostatic precipitators 2, exhaust fans 10, steam turbine 1t of thermal type, alternating current generator 12 and heat receivers 13.2 74 201 EN
