Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zespół uszczelniający, stanowiący zestaw elementów do stosowania w rurociągach ciepłowniczych, gazowych, wodnych i kanalizacyjnych do uszczelniania przestrzeni pomiędzy rurą a ścianą, do której jest wprowadzana rura. Zespół uszczelniający ma tuleję wraz z kołnierzem mocującym, które składają się z dwóch sztywnych połówek — połówek tulei (1') i połówek kołnierza mocującego (2'). Płaszczyzna podziału zespołu uszczelniającego przechodzi przez jego oś. Na linii łączenia połówki tulei (1') oraz kołnierza mocującego (2') mają one kołnierze spinające (4') służące do łączenia połówek tulei (1') oraz kołnierzy mocujących (2'). W kołnierzach spinających (4') są otwory na śruby (5) do łączenia połówek tulei (1') oraz kołnierzy mocujących (2'). W połówkach kołnierzy mocujących (2'), od strony zewnętrznej, w obwodowym rowku jest umieszczona elastyczna uszczelka (10), również składająca się z dwóch połówek. Wewnątrz tulei umieszczone są dwie połówki elastycznej wkładki (7', 7”) w postaci połówek walcowej tulei, której zewnętrzna średnica jest równa wewnętrznej średnicy tulei, a wewnętrzna średnica elastycznej wkładki jest równa średnicy rury r, na której zespół uszczelniający jest montowany. Pomiędzy kołnierzami spinającymi (4') są umieszczone połówki elastycznej uszczelki. Inside the sleeve are two halves of a flexible insert (7', 7") in the form of halves of a cylindrical sleeve, the outer diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the sleeve, and the inner diameter of the flexible insert is equal to the diameter of the pipe r on which the sealing assembly is mounted. The flexible seal halves are placed between the clamping flanges (4'). Therefore, all parts of the sealing assembly consist of two halves to enable assembly on the pipe r.
