Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest maseczka chirurgiczna, która jest uformowana z jednego płata włókniny (1) ułożonej w zakładki prostokątne (2) połączone ściegiem maszynowym (3). Na powierzchni tylnej (6) są zamocowane uszczelki (7 i 8) wykonane z otoczki (10) utworzonej z warstwy włókniny polipropylenowej wypełnionej wkładem celulozowym (11) pochłaniającym parę wodną.The subject of the application is a surgical mask, which is formed from one sheet of non-woven fabric (1) arranged in rectangular folds (2) connected with a machine stitch (3). Seals (7 and 8) made of a sheath (10) made of a layer of polypropylene nonwoven fabric filled with a cellulose insert (11) absorbing water vapor are mounted on the rear surface (6).
Description
Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest maseczka chirurgiczna przeznaczona do stosowania przez lekarzy w czasie operacji chirurgicznych oraz jako ochrona dróg oddechowych innych ludzi. Znana z polskiego opisu wzoru uzytkowego nrpólmaska filtrujaca ma czasze ufor- mowana z jednego prostokatnego plata ukladu wlókien i w plaskim zlozeniu ma postac trapezu. Tasma naglowia jest umocowana w uszkach utworzonych poprzez wywiniecie rogów czaszy pólmaski. Ponadto na czesci obrzeza czaszy pólmaski, usytuowany jest zacisk nosowy w postaci elastycznego paska umiejscowionego na zewnetrznej powierzchni czaszy oraz paska pianki poliuretanowej umiejscowio- nego na jej wewnetrznej powierzchni pod elastycznym paskiem. Maseczka chirurgiczna wykonana z prostokatnego plata wlókniny filtracyjnej ulozonej w prosto- katne zakladki polaczone sciegiem maszynowym wzdluz krawedzi krótszych boków prostokatnego plata i wyposazonej w paski mocujace, wedlug wzoru uzytkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na powierzchni tylnej maseczki sa zamocowane uszczelki usytuowane poziomo i symetrycznie po prawej i po lewej stronie maseczki zapewniajace ciasne pasowanie maseczki w obszarze nosa i policzków. Uszczelki maja zarys prostokatnych pakietów pogrubionych od strony przynosowej i pocienionych parabolicznie w kierunku krawedzi bocznych maseczki. Uszczelki sa wykonane z otoczki utworzonej z warstwy wlók- niny polipropylenowej wypelnionej wkladem celulozowym pochlaniajacym pare wodna. Rozwiazanie maseczki chirurgicznej wedlug wzoru uzytkowego tworzy bariere dla wilgoci i chroni przed zaparowaniem okularów uzytkownika. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiono w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia maseczke chirurgiczna w widoku z tylu, a fig. 2 – maseczke chirurgiczna w widoku z góry. Maseczka chirurgiczna jest uformowana z jednego plata wlókniny 1 ulozonej w trzy prostokatne zakladki 2 polaczone sciegiem maszynowym 3 wzdluz krawedzi bocznych 4 i 5. Na tylnej powierzchni 6 sa zamocowane uszczelki 7 i 8 przy pomocy warstwy kleju 9. Uszczelki 7 i 8 maja zarys prostokatnych pakietów pogrubionych od strony przynosowej i pocienionych parabolicznie w kierunku krawedzi bocz- nych 4 i 5. Uszczelki 7 i 8 sa wykonane z otoczki 10 utworzonej z warstwy wlókniny polipropylenowej wypelnionej wkladem celulozowym 11 pochlaniajacym pare wodna. Maseczka chirurgiczna jest wypo- sazona w paski mocujace 12. The filtering half-mask known from the Polish description of the utility model no. has a bowl formed from one rectangular sheet of fiber arrangement and in a flat fold has the form of a trapezium. The headband is fastened in ears created by rolling up the corners of the half-mask bowl. In addition, on part of the rim of the half-mask bowl, there is a nose clip in the form of an elastic strap located on the outer surface of the bowl and a strip of polyurethane foam located on its inner surface under the elastic strap. A surgical mask made of a rectangular sheet of filter nonwoven fabric arranged in rectangular pleats connected by a machine stitch along the edges of the shorter sides of the rectangular sheet and equipped with fastening straps, according to the utility model is characterized in that the rear surface of the mask is equipped with seals located horizontally and symmetrically on the right and left side of the mask, ensuring a tight fit of the mask in the area of the nose and cheeks. The seals have the outline of rectangular packets thickened on the paranasal side and thinned parabolically towards the side edges of the mask. The seals are made of a shell made of a layer of polypropylene nonwoven fabric filled with a cellulose insert absorbing water vapor. The solution of the surgical mask according to the utility model creates a barrier against moisture and protects against fogging of the user's glasses. The subject of the utility model is shown in an example of an embodiment in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the surgical mask in a back view, and Fig. 2 - the surgical mask in a top view. The surgical mask is formed from one sheet of nonwoven fabric 1 arranged in three rectangular pleats 2 connected by a machine stitch 3 along the side edges 4 and 5. Seals 7 and 8 are attached to the rear surface 6 using an adhesive layer 9. Seals 7 and 8 have the outline of rectangular packages thickened on the nasal side and thinned parabolically towards the side edges 4 and 5. Seals 7 and 8 are made of a casing 10 made of a layer of polypropylene nonwoven fabric filled with a cellulose insert 11 absorbing water vapor. The surgical mask is equipped with fastening straps 12.
