Wzór użytkowy dotyczy łącznika zatrzaskowego do bez śrubowego łączenia siatkowych korytek kablowych. Łącznik zatrzaskowy do bez śrubowego łączenia siatkowych korytek kablowych stanowiący wygiętą płytkę charakteryzuje się tym, że części poziomej (1) wygiętej płytki wykonane są zaczepy (2). Skrzydła pionowe (3) mają zaczepy (4), a u dołu skrzydeł pionowych (3) wykonane jest przetłoczenie wzmacniające (5).The utility model concerns a snap-in connector for connecting mesh cable trays without screws. Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest lacznik do bezsrubowego laczenia siatkowych korytek kablowych. W opisie patentowym EP 2733803 przedstawiony jest lacznik do mocowania siatkowych korytek kablowych. Korytko kablowe ma na jednym koncu druty wygiete w ksztalcie litery „V" skierowane do dru- giego korytka trasy kablowej. Korytka laczone sa poprzez przesuwanie boków korytka kablowego. Druty wygiete w ksztalcie litery „V" zahaczaja o prety boczne drugiego korytka kablowego. W opisie patentowym ES 1071237 przedstawione jest urzadzenie do laczenia koryt siatkowych z blaszanymi korytkami kablowymi majacymi powierzchnie boczne i powierzchnie srodkowe. Po- wierzchnie boczne i powierzchnie srodkowe zbiegaja sie w dól. Powierzchnie boczne zawieraja lacz- nik do korytek siatkowych, a na dolnej czesci przedluzenie zdolne do obracania sie wokól krawedzi, która laczy je z odpowiednia powierzchnia boczna. Przedluzenia zawiera elementy laczace do korytka siatkowego. W opisie wzoru uzytkowego Ru 65260 opisany jest lacznik zatrzaskowy do laczenia korytek siat- kowych. Lacznik stanowi wyprofilowany plaskownik z wygietymi jezykami. Plaskownik ma na obrzezach dwie pary skrzydel oraz otwory. Celem wzoru uzytkowego jest skonstruowanie lacznika zatrzaskowego do bezsrubowego lacze- nia korytek siatkowych zapewniajacego stabilne polaczenie korytek siatkowych, a jednoczesnie w spo- sób prosty ich polaczenie. Lacznik zatrzaskowy do bezsrubowego laczenia korytek siatkowych wedlug wzoru stanowiacy wygieta plytke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w czesci poziomej wygietej plytki znajduja sie zaczepy do obejmowania drutów laczacych korytka kablowe, a w czesci pionowej wykonane sa zaczepy do pionowego laczenia korytek kablowych. U dolu zatrzasku wykonane sa wybrania do wprowadzenia preta poziomego. Lacznik zatrzaskowy do bezsrubowego laczenia korytek siatkowych jest blizej przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia lacznik w widoku aksonometrycznym, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia polaczone lacznikiem korytka siatkowe. Lacznik zatrzaskowy do bezsrubowego laczenia korytek siatkowych ma w czesci poziomej 1 wygietej plytki zaczepy 2 do obejmowania drutów laczonych korytek, a w skrzydlach pionowych 3 ma zaczepy 4 do laczenia pionowego korytek siatkowych. W skrzydlach pionowych 3 u dolu lacznika wykonane sa przetloczenia wzmacniajace 5. W trakcie laczenia korytek siatkowych w zaczepy pio- nowe 4 wprowadza sie prety górne, natomiast pomiedzy poziome zaczepy 2 wprowadza sie druty dolne laczonych korytek kablowych.
