Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego skrzydło drzwi aluminiowych wejściowych, stosowane zwłaszcza w budownictwie mieszkalnym oraz obiektach przemysłowych. Skrzydło drzwi aluminiowych wejściowych składa się z profili aluminiowo-tworzywowych (1) połączonych ze sobą w narożach tworząc ramę (2). Do ramy skrzydła obu stronie mocowane są płyty osłonowe. Profil skrzydła składa się zespołu kształtownika zewnętrznego i aluminiowego kształtownika wewnętrznego połączonych ze sobą przekładkami termicznymi. Zespół kształtownika zewnętrznego składa się z aluminiowego kształtownika zewnętrznego i listwy sprzęgłowej (8). Przestrzeń między aluminiowym kształtownikiem zewnętrznym, aluminiowym kształtownikiem wewnętrznym a przekładkami termicznymi tworzy komorę termiczną. Komora termiczna zawiera materiał izolujący (10) termicznie i akustycznie. W aluminiowym kształtowniku zewnętrznym od strony zewnętrznej wykształcona jest prowadnica, w której przesuwa się w pionie i poziomie listwa sprzęgłowa (8). In the external aluminum section, a guide is formed from the outside, in which the clutch bar (8) slides horizontally and horizontally. The outer cover plate is glued to the clutch bar (8). Aluminum-plastic profiles (1) forming frames (2) connected with each other in the corners of the internal aluminum section with aluminum fittings (12), in the thermal chamber with sheet metal fittings (13) and the corners of the external aluminum section with rubber corner fittings (14). The corner rubber profiles (14) are located in the guide of the aluminum outer profile.
