Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest skrzydło drzwi aluminiowych wejściowych, stosowane zwłaszcza w budownictwie mieszkalnym oraz obiektach przemysłowych. Skrzydło drzwi aluminiowych wejściowych składa się z profili aluminiowo-tworzywowych połączonych ze sobą w narożach tworząc ramę. Do ramy skrzydła obu stronie mocowane są płyty osłonowe (3). Profil skrzydła składa się z zespołu kształtownika zewnętrznego (4) i aluminiowego kształtownika wewnętrznego (5) połączonych ze sobą przekładkami termicznymi (6). Zespół kształtownika zewnętrznego (4) składa się z aluminiowego kształtownika zewnętrznego (7) i listwy sprzęgłowej (8). Przestrzeń między aluminiowym kształtownikiem zewnętrznym (7), aluminiowym kształtownikiem wewnętrznym (5) a przekładkami termicznymi (6) tworzy komorę termiczną (9). Komora termiczna (9) zawiera materiał izolujący (10) termicznie i akustycznie. W aluminiowym kształtowniku zewnętrznym (7) od strony zewnętrznej wykształcona jest prowadnica (11), w której przesuwa się w pionie i poziomie listwa sprzęgłowa (8). Do listwy sprzęgłowej (8) przyklejona jest zewnętrzna płyta osłonowa (3). Profile aluminiowo-tworzywowe (1) tworzące ramy (2) połączone ze sobą w narożach wewnętrznego kształtownika aluminiowego (5) kształtkami aluminiowymi, w komorze termicznej (9) kształtkami blaszanymi oraz narożach zewnętrznego kształtownika aluminiowego (7) narożnymi kształtkami gumowymi. Narożne kształtki gumowe znajdują się w prowadnicy (11) aluminiowego kształtownika zewnętrznego (7).The subject of the invention is a leaf of aluminum entrance door, used in particular in residential construction and industrial facilities. The leaf of the aluminum entrance door consists of aluminum-plastic profiles connected with each other in the corners to form a frame. Cover plates (3) are attached to the sash frame on both sides. The leaf profile consists of a set of an external profile (4) and an internal aluminum profile (5) connected with each other by thermal breaks (6). The outer profile assembly (4) consists of an aluminum outer profile (7) and a clutch strip (8). The space between the aluminum outer section (7), the aluminum inner section (5) and the thermal breaks (6) forms a thermal chamber (9). The thermal chamber (9) comprises thermally and acoustically insulating material (10). In the external aluminum section (7), a guide (11) is formed from the outside, in which the clutch bar (8) slides vertically and horizontally. The outer cover plate (3) is stuck to the clutch bar (8). Aluminum-plastic profiles (1) forming frames (2) connected with each other at the corners of the internal aluminum section (5) with aluminum fittings, in the thermal chamber (9) with sheet metal fittings and at the corners of the external aluminum section (7) with rubber corner fittings. The corner rubber profiles are located in the guide (11) of the aluminum outer profile (7).
