Pro- blemy zwiazane z odpowiednim uksztaltowaniem przekrojów konstrukcji cienkosciennych zostaly opi- sane w pracach: Magnucki K., Niektóre problemy optymalizacji konstrukcji pretowych i powlok z uwzglednieniem statecznosci sprezystej. Rozprawy Nr 292, Wyd. Politechniki Poznanskiej, Po- znan 1993; Magnucki K., Elastic buckling of selected flanges of cold-formed thin-walled beams. Physi- cal-Mathematical Modelling and Informational Technologies, 3, 2006, 116–128; Magnucki K., Ostwald M.: Optimal design of selected open cross sections of cold-formed thin-walled beams. Publishing House of Poznan University of Technology, Poznan 2005. Wsród prac dotyczacych belek cienkosciennych wiekszosc opisuje zagadnienia wytrzymalosci i statecznosci, a znacznie mniej uwagi poswieca sie op- tymalnemu ksztaltowaniu tych konstrukcji. Dzieki zastosowaniu rozwiazania wedlug wzoru uzytkowego uzyskano nastepujace efekty tech- niczno-uzytkowe: ? wzrost sztywnosci przekroju, ? brak rozwarstwiania sie blach pólki, ? uproszczenie procesu technologicznego giecia, ? niski wspólczynnik wagi w stosunku do parametrów wytrzymalosciowych, ? niskie koszty wytwarzania. PL PL PL PL PL 72 500 Y1 2 Description of the pattern The subject of the utility model is a thin-walled, cold-formed C-section beam with a bent web. The first cold-formed thin-walled beam structures were researched and manufactured in the last century. These structures are characterized by significant stiffness with relatively low weight. In the thin-walled beams most often used in practice, e.g. channel sections, it was noticed that as the beam length increases, their load-bearing capacity decreases, which is caused by a decrease in flexural-torsion stiffness. It turns out that by appropriately shaping the cross-section of a thin-walled beam, this stiffness can be significantly increased, without the need to increase its mass. This factor has a decisive impact on the cost of production and, in the case of vehicles, on the cost of their operation. Problems related to the appropriate shaping of cross-sections of thin-walled structures are described in the works: Magnucki K., Some problems of optimization of bar structures and shells taking into account elastic stability. Dissertations No. 292, Ed. Poznań University of Technology, Poznan 1993; Magnucki K., Elastic buckling of selected flanges of cold-formed thin-walled beams. Physical-Mathematical Modeling and Informational Technologies, 3, 2006, 116–128; Magnucki K., Ostwald M.: Optimal design of selected open cross sections of cold-formed thin-walled beams. Publishing House of Poznan University of Technology, Poznan 2005. Among the works on thin-walled beams, most of them describe the issues of strength and stability, and much less attention is paid to the optimal shaping of these structures. In patent description PL217149, the solution closest to the invention proposed cold-formed C-sections with shelves in the shape of double "boxes". It turns out that producing a box starting at the edge of the shelf, i.e. bending the shelf by 90 degrees, is quite difficult to implement. in the further bending process and requires additional equipment. Additionally, this bend causes the sheet to spring and when the internal beam is loaded, the inner part of the shelf bends inwards. The essence of the utility pattern is a thin-walled C-section beam with a bent web, cold-formed by bending a sheet of metal having two boxes spaced symmetrically, spaced between each other, which is characterized by the fact that the boxes with a height "d" and a width "f" each are shifted relative to the end of the cross-section by a distance "e". And each end section of the cold-formed box material also has one additional bend inward to the web and inwardly bent ends of the sheet metal at the length "c + c". The web itself has one bend inward to the beam at the depth "k" creating the shape of the letter "V". Thanks to the use of the solution according to the utility model, the following technical and utility effects were achieved: - increase in cross-section stiffness, - no delamination of the shelf sheets, - simplification of the bending technological process, - low weight factor in relation to strength parameters, - low manufacturing costs. The utility model is shown in Fig. 1. A thin-walled C-section beam with a bent web of any height "H" and width "W" is cold-formed by bending a sheet of metal with a thickness "t" (Fig. 1). The shelves of the channel profile form boxes 1 with a height "d" and a width "f". These boxes are moved away from the places where the sheet is bent by 180 degrees 2 at a distance "e". The sheet is also bent inwards at the ends, creating bends 3 with a length "c + c". Additionally, the web plate is bent inwards to the cross-section to a depth of "k", creating a "V" shape 4 (Fig. 1). Due to their special properties, thin-walled C-beams with the cross-section proposed in the utility model are used in building structures, the machinery industry and the aviation industry. PL PL PL PL
