Znane wzory nozy przeznaczane do wykorzystania w zestawach metalowych sztucców stolowych lub obiadowych. Noze te wykonywane sa przez objetosciowe ksztaltowanie rekojesci i nadanie jej wypelnionego ksztaltu w celu uzyskania pewnego uchwytu dlonia a takze w celu wprowadzenia na powierzchnie wzoru zdobniczego poprawiajacego estetyke rekojesci noza. Przykladem takich rozwiazan moga byc noze w zestawach sztucców znane z polskich wzorów zdobniczych nr Rz-17168 i nr Rz-17499. Innym przykladem sa noze, których konstrukcja w obszarze czesci roboczej ostrza obejmuje znane juz wczesniej rozwiazania a rozwiazanie konstrukcyjne rekojesci znane sa na przyklad z polskiego zgloszenia wynalazku nr P-346064 lub z polskich zgloszen wzorów przemyslowych nr Wp-2714 oraz Wp-2726. Znane noze do zastawy stolowej generalnie w obszarze konstrukcji rekojesci powielaja wzornictwo przyjete dla pozostalej czesci zastawy stolowej kompletujacej zestaw sztucców, a wiec lyzki, widelca i lyzeczki. Zasada jest tutaj takze, ze wzór na rekojesci noza powielony jest obustronnie. Najblizszym estetycznie do zglaszanego wzoru jest nóz w zestawie sztucców zarejestrowanych jako wspomniany wyzej wzór zdobniczy nr Rz-17168. Konstrukcja noza ujawniona w tym zestawie sztucców charakteryzuje sie prosta linia grzbietu noza, która biegnie od zakonczeniarekojesci, az do zakonczenia ostrza noza. Samo ostrze poprowadzone jest lukiem przyjmujac w polowie czesci roboczej najwiekszy wymiar odleglosci ostrza od grzbietu czesci roboczej noza. Koniec rekojesci noza jest sciety skosnie i po promieniu, a sama rekojesc ma najwiekszy wymiar przy zakonczeniu i zmniejsza ten wymiar wyraznie w kierunku czesci roboczej. Known knife designs are intended for use in metal table or dinner cutlery sets. These knives are made by volumetrically shaping the handle and giving it a filled shape to provide a secure grip and also to introduce a decorative pattern to the surface to enhance the aesthetics of the knife handle. Examples of such solutions include knives in cutlery sets known from Polish decorative designs no. Rz-17168 and no. Rz-17499. Another example are knives whose design in the working part of the blade incorporates previously known solutions, while the design of the handle is known, for example, from Polish patent application no. P-346064 or from Polish industrial design applications no. Wp-2714 and Wp-2726. Known tableware knives generally replicate the design adopted for the remaining tableware components in the cutlery set, i.e., spoon, fork, and teaspoon, in the handle area. The rule here is also that the pattern on the knife handle is duplicated on both sides. The closest aesthetically to the submitted design is the knife in the cutlery set registered as the aforementioned decorative design no. Rz-17168. The knife design featured in this cutlery set is characterized by a straight spine that runs from the tip of the handle to the tip of the blade. The blade itself is curved, with the greatest distance between the blade and the spine of the knife's working part at the midpoint of the working part. The end of the knife's handle is beveled and radiused, while the handle itself is at its largest at the tip and reduces significantly towards the working part. Essential Features of Industrial Design: This industrial-design tableware knife is characterized by a new and original form, manifested in the shape of the working part of the knife and the shape of the handle, giving a new aesthetic expression to the entire knife design. The characteristic elements of an industrial design knife that give it a new and original form, which in turn distinguishes it among the designs of knives for known tableware, are: - The straight line of the knife's spine near the blade of the working part of the knife is drawn in an arc to the end of the knife blade, above the straight line of the knife's spine - The straight line of the knife's spine near the end of the knife's handle is drawn in an arc to the aforementioned end of the handle, below the straight line - The cross-section of the handle is rectangular along its entire length, and the edges of the handle are blunted along a radius, while at the end of the handle there is a bowl finished with edges blunted along a radius The knife blade retains its familiar shape, that is, it is drawn in an arc, taking on the greatest dimension of the distance between the blade and the back of the working part of the knife in the middle of the working part. A variation of the knife according to the industrial design is a new form characterized by all the shape features mentioned above, manifested in the surface properties of the knife handle, which is made as a matte surface. The cutlery handle according to the industrial design is shown in Figure 1 in a top view, in Figure 2 in a side view, and is additionally shown in color prints in Figure 3 in a side view and in Figure 4 in a top view. In the tableware knife according to the industrial design, the blade 1 retains the known shape, that is, it is led in an arc, assuming in the middle of the working part 2 the greatest dimension of the distance of the blade 1 from the spine 2 of the aforementioned working part Z of the knife. The straight line of the spine 3 of the knife near the blade 1 of the working part 2 of the knife runs in an arc to the end 4 of the blade 1, above the straight line of the spine 3 of the knife. The straight line of the spine £ of the knife near the tip 5 of the handle 6 of the knife runs in an arc to the aforementioned tip 5, below the straight line of the spine. The cross-section I of the handle § is rectangular along its entire length, and the edges of the handle § are blunted along a radius, while at the tip 5 of the handle 6 there is a bowl 2 terminated with edges blunted along a radius.
