W przypadku istnienia mocnego stropu mozna jednoczesnie rabowac przedni i tyl¬ ny stojak, a nastepnie wraz ze stropnicami oba stojaki przemiescic do przodu ruchem obrotowym 25 wokól zabudowanych stojaków rzedu sasiedniego. 1 przedstawia schematycznie fragment obudowy sciany w widoku z góry, a fiig. 2—4 — poszczególne fazy przestawia- 15 nia stojaków do przodu. Potem rabuje sie so tylny .stojak 4 wraz z stropnica 6 i przemieszcza sie go ruchem obrotowym wokól stojaka 5 do przodu oraz rozpiera w miejscu, gdzie uprzednio byl za¬ budowany przedni stojak 1. Na koniec usuwa sie dodatkowy stojak 8 spod stropnicy 3, który przeno¬ si sie do nastepnego rzedu stojaków przemieszcza¬ nych do przodu. PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: September 30, 1974 72075 KI. 5c, 23/02 MKP E21d 23/02 IlSLIOTEKA Urzekl P «*» nlcir «i * Inventor: Wojciech Muszynski Authorized by the provisional patent: Central Mining Institute, Katowice (Poland) The method of running the crawling casing The subject of the invention is the method of running the crawling casing , consisting of individual tables connected in pairs, in underground wall workings. The hitherto known method of guiding the casing consisting of individual stands consists in the fact that after making another riser, the rails are hung on the stirrups, which after moving the belt conveyor under the side walls are supported by individual stands. For this purpose, each stand should be lifted from the foot, set in a suitable place and spread between the foot and the foot of the excavation. At the end of the cycle, the last row of stands is robbed from the side of the selected space and, after being robbed, it is moved manually towards the face of the wall to be used for the casing in the next cycle. The main disadvantage of this method of guiding the casing is, inter alia, that with a wall height of more than 2 m, the weight of the individual stand is so great that it often exceeds the capacity to be carried by one person. As a necessity, such a stand is thrown onto the spag, which makes it quickly damaged, and at the same time poses a great risk to people working at the casing. Another disadvantage of this method of guiding the individual casing is that in order to install the rack it has to be lifted from the foot and moved to the appropriate place. Thus, all activities are performed here at the expense of physical effort with the simultaneous constant risk of danger to persons within the range of the stand. The above-mentioned disadvantages and inconveniences are not found in the methods which are the subject of the present invention. The essence of this method consists in the fact that after selecting the next haul-out, moving the conveyor and hanging the canopy on the stirrup, first next to the front stand, an additional stand is placed under the canopy supported by this stand. Then, the front stand is robbed and with a rotating movement, around the connected stand built in the adjacent row, it moves forward and spreads under the canopy suspended on the bow. Then he robs the back stand of the same row and the canopies supported by this stand, which in a similar manner rotates forward and spreads it in the place where the front stand was previously installed. Finally, the auxiliary rack is removed and carried to the next row to be moved forward. In the case of a strong ceiling, the front and rear racks can be robbed at the same time, and then, together with the canopies, both racks can be moved forward by a rotary motion around the built-up racks of the adjacent row. The main advantage of guiding the individual lining in the method according to the invention is the complete elimination of heavy physical work and a remarkable increase in the degree of safety, because during the execution of the casing, people are located 720 7572075 3 in a place protected from rock fragments falling from the top. Another important advantage of this method is the short-term deprivation of the support of the ceiling, because the racks are displaced after being robbed. hides in a relatively small gap. Such a short opening of the ceiling has hitherto not been possible to achieve with any of the known methods of guiding the individual cladding. An additional advantage of the method according to the invention is that it is suitable for use in all mining and geological conditions. The method according to the invention is more precisely illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 schematically shows a fragment of the wall casing in a view from top and fiig. 2 - 4 - individual stages of moving the stands forward. As shown in the figure, the wall is enclosed with individual stands and canopy canopies built in a triangular system. built under the rear canopies 6 of two neighboring rows are connected to each other by means of coupling devices. After making another grab and hanging the new canopy 7 on the stirrup and: 5 shifting the conveyor under the side of the wall, an additional stand 8 is placed under the front canopy 3. Then the stand 1 is robbed and rotating around the stand 2, it is moved to the front and expands under the canopy 7. Then the rear stand 4 with the canopy 6 is robbed and it is moved in a rotary motion around the stand 5 forwards and it is expanded in the place where the front stand 1 was previously built. the additional stand 8 from under the canopy 3 is removed, which is transferred to the next row of stands to be moved forward.
