PL PL PL PL PL PLEN 71 284 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a modular coffin, manufactured and packaged as a set of modules to be assembled by the final seller. In the case of serial production of coffins, all its elements are prepared, packed and sent to the seller. The coffin in parts takes up much less space than a ready-to-use coffin, which makes its storage and transport cheaper than a ready-to-use coffin. Hence, coffins intended for later assembly are becoming more and more popular. The protective description No. PL 67876 Y1 describes a foldable coffin with a distinctive bottom and lid. The bottom consists of the floor and the walls. There is a horizontal inlet at the bottom of the wall, and vertical slots in its fronts. The rim of the floor, on the other hand, has a protrusion. In order to assemble the wall to the floor, a tongue-and-groove connection is used, and the walls are connected with each other by means of a metal tongue which is hammered from above simultaneously into two vertical slots in adjacent walls. Walls assembled in this way cannot be dismantled. On the other hand, from JP 3119927 U, a connection is known between two perpendicular walls of a coffin, in which a T-bar with a length slightly less than the height of the first wall is attached to the side of the first wall, while a T-groove is made in the face of the second wall. Together, the walls are made as a result of sliding the second wall over the lath. The side walls are attached to the floor with hinges. The coffin is modular according to the utility pattern, consisting of an upper part and a lower part, the upper part consists of a plate and a lid, and the lower part consists of the floor and the bottom, while the bottom consists of walls adjacent to each other and additionally connected with with foreign elements, characterized by the fact that the foreign element is a connector, which consists of a socket and a plug, with two plugs being attached to the second face of the first wall one above the other, and in the first face of the adjacent, second wall there is a groove, and in the two sockets are mounted, one above the other, the socket is in the form of a strip, in which there is a longitudinal, non-through groove with an outline similar to a trapezoidal, with a width decreasing from the inlet into the socket, while the plug has a head equipped with a pin the cross-section decreasing from the head and inscribed in the outline of the groove. The plug is attached to the second face of the first wall preferably with screws, like a socket. In order to facilitate assembly or disassembly, the arrangement of sockets and plugs on the successive walls is preferably variable, namely only the sockets are attached to both parts of the first wall. On the other hand, a plug is attached to the first end face and a socket is attached to the second end face. In turn, only the plugs are attached to both sides of the fourth wall. The cross-section of the mandrel is preferably of an inverted Y shape. In a second embodiment, the respective wall faces have first plug depressions or there are second socket depressions in the grooves. The use of a connector according to the pattern to connect the walls of the coffin allows for their easy assembly and disassembly, depending on the needs. The subject of the utility model is presented in a schematic drawing, where:? Fig. 1 is an exploded view of the coffin; ? Fig. 2 is a top view of the bottom walls; ? Fig. 3 shows the fronts of two adjacent walls; ? Fig. 4 is an exploded view of the connector; ? Fig. 5 shows the joint in an assembled state; ? Fig. 6 is a side view of the joint; ? Fig. 7 shows a cross section through the connector; ? Fig. 8 shows the fronts of two adjacent walls in a second embodiment. Figure 1 is an exploded view of the modular coffin, broken down into parts previously prepared for packing and shipping. For the sake of clarity of the drawing, screws and the like have been omitted, except for the connector described below. The coffin consists of an upper part (1) and a lower part (2). The upper part (1) consists of a plate (3) and a lid (4). Whereas the lower part (2) consists of the floor (5) and the bottom (6). The plate (3), the lid (4), the floor (5) and the bottom (6) are the coffin modules. The bottom (6) consists of six walls (6a-6d), a first wall (6a), two second walls (6b), two-thirds walls (6c) and a fourth wall (6d). Each wall (6a-6b) has a frame (7) at the bottom for connecting it to the floor (5) with screws. EN 71 284 Y1 3 Figure 2 shows the walls (6a-6d) in an exploded plan view. The coffin is symmetrical with respect to the plane passing through the centers of the length of the first wall (6a) and the fourth wall (6d). The first wall (6a) has two end faces (9a, 9b), with each end face (9a, 9b) attached to the sockets (10) of the connector (11). The connector (11) consists of a socket (10) and a mating plug (12). The second face (6b) has two faces (13a, 13b), the first face (13a) facing the second face (9b) of the first face (6a). The plug (12) of the connector (11) is attached to the first end (13a), and the socket (10) is attached to the second end (13b). The third face (6c) has two faces (14a, 14b), the first face (14a) facing the second face (13b) of the second face (6b). The connector (11) plug (12) is attached to the first end (14a), and the socket (10) is attached to the second end (14b). The fourth wall (6d) has two end faces (15a, 15b), with each end face (15a, 15b) being fitted with plugs (12) of the connector (11). For the sake of clarity of the drawing, the fixing screws of the sockets (10) and plugs (12) to the respective front surfaces of the walls have been replaced. All sockets (10) are mounted in the grooves (19) in the fronts, and the plugs (12) directly to the fronts. Figure 3 shows an exploded view of the second face (9b) of the first wall (6a) and adjacent thereto after the coffin is assembled, the first face (13a) of the second wall (6b). To the second face (9b) of the first wall (6a) are fastened by means of screws (17) two plugs (12), one above the other directed downwards with pins (18). On the other hand, in the first face (13a) of the adjacent, second wall (6b) there is a groove (19), and in it two sockets (10) are mounted, one above the other directed with the inlets (20) upwards. Figure 4 shows the connector (11) in an exploded view. The connector (11) consists of a plug (12) and a socket (10). The seat (10) consists of the body (21) in which there is a groove (22). In the bottom of the groove (22) there are two first holes (24) and the next two first holes are in the body (21) outside the groove (22). The first holes (24) are perpendicular to the bottom (23). The plug (12) consists of a head (26) and a pin (18). The plug (12) includes two second holes (28) in the head (26) and another two second holes (28) in the spindle (18). The second holes (28) are perpendicular to the first face (29) of the plug (12) marked in Figure 6. Figure 5 shows the assembled connector (11). The pin (18) sits in a groove (22) in the seat (10), the headpiece (26) lies outside of it. The width of the groove (22) decreases from the inlet (20) into the depth of the seat (10). Figure 6 shows a side view of the joint (11) against the background of the edges of the joined walls. A part of the pin (18) protrudes from the seat (10) and together with the head (26) are connected by means of screws (17) to the first wall (6a). On the other hand, the seat (10) is embedded in the groove (19) in the second wall (6b), to which it is connected by means of screws (17). Figure 7 shows an enlarged cross-section through the connector (11), the plane marked in Figure 5. Inside the groove (22) in the seat (10) there is a pin (18), the upper part of which protrudes from the seat (10), the head (26) ) is outside the seat (10). The cross-section of the spindle (18) resembles an inverted letter Y and fits the outline of the groove (22). The dimensions of the cross-section through the spindle (18) change according to the change in the dimensions of the outline of the groove (22) along its length, and their shapes are independent of the position of the cross-section plane. Figure 8 shows a view of the second face (9b) of the first wall (6a) and adjacent thereto after the coffin is assembled, the first face (13a) of the second wall (6b) according to a second form of utility pattern. In the second face (9b) of the first wall (6a) there are two first recesses (31) for the plugs (12), the contour of which corresponds to that of the first surface (29) of the plug (12). On the other hand, in the first face (13a) of the adjacent, second wall (6b), in the embossing (19), there are two second recesses (32) with a contour corresponding to the outline of the seat (10). The purpose of the first recesses (31) is to unambiguously determine the position of the plugs (10) in relation to the second face (9ba) of the first wall (6b). On the other hand, the second cavities (32) are intended to unambiguously determine the position of the seats (10) in relation to the first face (13a) of the second wall (6b). The recesses (31, 32) are used for fixing all the plugs (12) and sockets (10) in the coffin. Thanks to the recesses (31, 32) the accuracy of the assembly of sockets (10) and plugs (12) increases, and thus the accuracy of the coffin assembly. Moreover, it is possible to attach the sockets (10) and plugs (12) to the respective walls (6a-6d) with the use of glue. EN 71 284 Y1 4 As a joint (11), a wedge-shaped joint is particularly suitable according to application of utility model No. W.128076, made on the same day as the application of this design, by the same applicant.
