Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przenosny obiekt budowlany, przeznaczony do wykorzystywania jako zaplecze gospodarcze, zwlaszcza magazynowe lub sanitarne przy przenosnych obiektach do prowadzenia dzialalnosci uslugowej, w szczególnosci gastronomicznej. Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii obiektu. Najbardziej postaciowo zblizone do wzoru sa namioty wojskowe majace dwie, zasadniczo plaskie i pionowe sciany czolowe oraz powloke w ksztalcie fragmentu walca, rozpieta na lukowatych wspornikach. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widoku obiektu budowlanego w od strony czolowej sciany, fig.2 -widok obiektu budowlanego w od strony scian czolowej i bocznej, a fig.3 - widok obiektu budowlanego z boku. Przenosny obiekt budowlany ma dwie zasadniczo plaskie pionowe czolowe sciany oraz dwie lukowate boczne sciany rozciagajace sie pomiedzy scianami czolowymi. Sciany obiektu sa od góry przekryte dachem o ksztalcie zblizonym do odcinka walca. Dzieki wspomnianemu uksztaltowaniu scian bocznych i dachu, obiekt w widoku od strony czolowej sciany ma swoisty, oryginalny zarys zblizony do stylizowanego grzyba kapeluszowego. Powierzchnia scian obiektu moze byc gladka lub posiadac fakture, w szczególnosci w postaci lusek. Ponadto, wewnatrz obiektu moze byc usytuowana podloga, na przyklad drewniana, zas w jednej lub obu czolowych scianach moga byc usytuowane drzwi i/lub okna. Nie zmienia to jednak w niczym istoty wzoru. Wzór nadaje sie do przemyslowego lub rekodzielniczego odtwarzania przy uzyciu powszechnie znanych technologii.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the design is its novelty, manifested in the shape and layout of the structure. The most similar designs are military tents with two essentially flat and vertical front walls and a cylindrical shell stretched across arched supports. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the structure from the front wall, Fig. 2 shows a view of the structure from the front and side walls, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the structure. The portable structure has two essentially flat vertical front walls and two arched side walls extending between the front walls. The walls of the structure are covered from above by a roof shaped like a cylindrical section. Thanks to the aforementioned shape of the side walls and roof, the structure, viewed from the front, has a distinctive, original outline resembling a stylized mushroom cap. The surface of the structure's walls can be smooth or textured, particularly in the form of scales. Furthermore, a floor, for example, wooden, can be located inside the structure, and one or both front walls may contain doors and/or windows. However, this does not change the essence of the design. The design is suitable for industrial or handicraft reproduction using commonly known technologies. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: 1. The walls of the portable building are covered from above with a roof whose outline resembles a cylindrical section. 3.
