Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest altana podluzna, przenosna, przeznaczona do uzytkowania jako wolno stojacy obiekt z mozliwoscia wykorzystania jako bar, kawiarnia lub pomieszczenie do celów rekreacyjnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia altane w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - altane w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - altane w widoku z boku wraz przybudówka, a fig. 4 - altane w widoku ogólnym. Altana podluzna posiada podstawe o ksztalcie czworokata, którego boki sa zaokraglone. Od boków podstawy odchodza pionowe wsporniki. Na wspornikach oparta jest konstrukcja dachu, do której umocowany jest lukowaty dach. Pomiedzy wspornikami znajduja sie scianki. Scianki moga byc pelne, lub byc wyposazone w szyby. Miejsce pomiedzy wspornikami na rogach czworokata jest wypelnione, tworzac zaokraglone sciany. W przodu altany znajduje sie ganek zaopatrzony wdrzwi, który nakryty jest lukowatym daszkiem. Jeden bok altany zaopatrzony jest w przybudówke, której powierzchnia dachu jest lukowata. Nie zmieniajac istote wzoru, altana moze byc wyposazona w rozbieralna podloge, a na zewnatrz drewniane podesty i schody, co pozwala na latwa i szybka zmiane miejsca usytuowania. W okresie letni altana nie posiada scianek. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Altana podluzna posiada podstawe o ksztalcie czworokata, którego boki sa zaokraglone. 2. Od boków podstawy odchodza pionowe wsporniki. 3. Na wspornikach oparta jest konstrukcja dachu, do której umocowany jest lukowaty dach. 4. Pomiedzy wspornikami znajduja sie scianki. 5. Scianki moga byc pelne, lub byc wyposazone w szyby. 6. Miejsce pomiedzy wspornikami na rogach czworokata jest wypelnione tworzac zaokraglone sciany.7. W przodu altany znajduje sie ganek zaopatrzony w drzwi. 8. Ganek nakryty jest lukowatym daszkiem. 9. Jeden bok altany zaopatrzony jest w przybudówka, której powierzchnia dachu jest lukowata. 10. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the gazebo from the front, Fig. 2 - a side view, Fig. 3 - a side view of the gazebo with an annex, and Fig. 4 - a general view. The elongated gazebo has a quadrangular base with rounded sides. Vertical supports extend from the sides of the base. The roof structure rests on the supports, to which the arched roof is attached. Walls are located between the supports. The walls can be solid or equipped with glass. The space between the supports at the corners of the quadrangle is filled, creating rounded walls. The front of the gazebo features a porch with a door and an arched roof. One side of the gazebo is equipped with an extension with an arched roof. Without changing the design's essence, the gazebo can be equipped with a removable floor, and on the outside, wooden platforms and stairs, allowing for quick and easy relocation. In the summer, the gazebo has no walls. Characteristic features of the industrial design: 1. The elongated gazebo has a quadrangular base with rounded sides. 2. Vertical supports extend from the sides of the base. 3. The roof structure, to which the arched roof is attached, rests on the supports. 4. Walls are located between the supports. 5. The walls can be solid or equipped with glass. 6. The space between the supports at the corners of the quadrangle is filled, creating rounded walls. 7. At the front of the gazebo is a porch with a door. 8. The porch is covered with an arched roof. 9. One side of the gazebo is equipped with an annex with an arched roof surface. 10.
