Tego typu podpory górnicze znane sa z wielu zastosowan, co ujawniono przykladowo w opisach patentowych: US 5,435,670, US 5,658,099, US 6,196,635 B1 czy tez DE 603 20 577 T2. 1 przedstawia wkladke rozpierajaco- -stabilizujaca podpore górnicza w przekroju poprzecznym, przed napelnieniem mieszanina wiazaca, a fig. 2 – wkladke rozpierajaco-stabilizujaca podpore górnicza w uproszczonym widoku z góry z cze- sciowym odslonieciem jej trzonu. Wkladka rozpierajaco-stabilizujaca 1 podpore górnicza zbudowana jest ze szczelnego pojem- nika 2 z tworzywa sztucznego, we wnetrzu którego osadzony jest trzon 3 w postaci plytki z kratowej PL PL PL PL PL 71 231 Y1 2 Description of the pattern The subject of the utility model is an insert that expands and stabilizes a mining support, especially useful for expanding and stabilizing rocks between the ceiling and the slope of workings in underground mining. There is known, for example from the Polish patent description PL 182 388 B1, a mining box for which an insert is used between the spade and the roof of the excavation, in the form of a bag filled with liquid cement. It is composed of several bags placed one inside the other, made of woven propylene fibers, ensuring the strength and resistance to damage of the internal bag placed inside, impermeable to liquids. The support also has a filling nozzle leading to the inner bag, connected to a one-way flap or ball valve. The same mechanism was used in the solution disclosed in the patent description DE 3917170 A1, where a support made of a binding material inserted into an impermeable bag with internal reinforcement made of bars is expanded using a fabric bag inserted between the support and the roof of the excavation, which is then filled by valve with pressurized bonding material. Filling the bag causes it to expand to the point of contact with the ceiling and create a vertical initial expansion, the value of which depends on the pressure of the introduced liquid cement. The initially created expansion force is maintained due to the solidification of the cement mixture, so that the cement quickly takes over the loads of the rock mass. This type of mining supports are known for many applications, as disclosed, for example, in patent descriptions: US 5,435,670, US 5,658,099, US 6,196,635 B1 or DE 603 20 577 T2. Moreover, a mining support known from the Polish utility model PL 64 459 Y1 is a flat bag with a non-return valve enabling the introduction of binding material into the bag, equipped with a collar tightly attached to the bag, while a fragment of the inlet stub of the non-return valve protrudes outside the bag. Inside the bag, in the area of the inlet opening of the non-return valve, a flat, elastic locking element is mounted, with a free working part covering the inlet opening of the non-return valve and the edge area of the flange around the opening. Such a mining support is simple, yet very mechanically resistant and easy to use. The disadvantage of the mining inserts and struts used so far is that they are flaccid before filling, which makes it difficult to install and fasten them at the intended location, making this operation relatively unsafe. When installing such a support on a mining rock, these activities are performed by at least two, and sometimes more, workers, who move in a space that is poorly protected against possible falls of roof rocks. The purpose of the utility model is to develop such a construction of an insert that expands and stabilizes a mining support, which will significantly facilitate its installation at the intended location on a column under the roof of the excavation. The essence of the utility model is that inside a tight, flimsy container, equipped with a valve, there is a freely embedded rigid shaft, which is a lattice plate corresponding to the outline of the container's surface. It is best if the core is a plate made of a stiff cladding mesh, used to protect the ceiling and walls in the pavement support. The main advantage of the insert that expands and stabilizes the mining support according to the utility model is its initial stiffness, which essentially facilitates the installation between the support and the ceiling before filling with the binding mixture. This operation can therefore be performed by one employee, with very simple and easy operations. The rigid shaft also stabilizes the insert during filling with the binding mixture, thanks to which it does not change its position in relation to the mining support, maintaining the desired load distribution on the mining support. The use of a cladding mesh plate as the core substantially simplifies the mining insert production process, as it is made of typical components. The utility model is explained in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the expansion and stabilization insert of a mining support in cross-section, before filling with the binding mixture, and Fig. 2 - the expansion and stabilization insert of a mining support in a simplified top view with partial exposure. her shaft. The expanding and stabilizing insert 1 of the mining support is made of a tight plastic container 2, inside which a shaft 3 in the form of a grid plate is embedded PL PL PL PL
