Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do zabezpieczenia, transportu i przechowywania przedmiotów wykonanych ze szkla, zwlaszcza róznego rodzaju butelek, oraz produktów cukierniczych i slodyczy jak na przyklad wszelkiego rodzaju cukierków. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru moze pelnic funkcje opakowania promocyjnego o wlasciwosciach prezentera, kalendarza lub organizera. W przypadku butelek opakowanie pelni dodatkowa funkcje polegajaca na ustabilizowaniu ich w pozycji pionowej. Opakowanie, po umocowaniu na jednej ze scian bocznych kalendarza oraz po zaklejeniu górnej podstawy dodatkowym trójkatem, sluzy jako kalendarz na biurko. W celu wzmocnienia opakowania wedlug wzoru i zabezpieczenia go przed zniszczeniem podczas transportu i ekspozycji w miejscach sprzedazy moze byc nakladana dodatkowa oslona w ksztalcie trzech scian graniastoslupa bez podstaw. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii.Dotychczas znane opakowania tego rodzaju wykonane sa z tektury i maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu zaklejanej albo zamykanej za pomoca jednej lub wielu wypustek badz tez graniastoslupa o otwieranej górnej podstawie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia opakowanie w widoku od strony zamknietej podstawy górnej oraz dwóch scian bocznych, fig.2 - pokazuje opakowanie w widoku od strony otwartej podstawy górnej oraz dwóch scian bocznych z zaznaczeniem przebiegu linii zagiec opakowania, fig.3 - prezentuje opakowanie w widoku z dolu, z widoczna otwarta podstawa górna oraz dolna z wypustkami w dwóch scianach bocznych, fig.4 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku od strony zamknietej podstawy górnej z widocznym okraglym otworem w jej srodku, fig. 5 - pokazuje opakowanie w widoku od strony sciany bocznej oraz górnej podstawy czesciowo zamknietej, fig.6 - prezentuje opakowanie w widoku od strony sciany bocznej z umocowanym na niej kalendarzem oraz górnej podstawy zaklejonej dodatkowym trójkatem, fig. 7 uwidacznia opakowanie w widoku od strony zamknietej podstawy dolnej i sciany bocznej widzianej z góry oraz z widocznym z boku umocowanym kalendarzem oraz fig. 8 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku od strony umocowanego na scianie bocznej kalendarza o odchylonej do góry pierwszej stronie. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt graniastoslupa prawidlowego, którego trójkatne podstawy: dolna i górna posiadaja wypustki sluzace do zamkniecia opakowania. Dolna podstawawyposazona jest w dwie równolegle do boków wypustki w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych rogach. Posiada ona zaznaczony przebieg linii zagiec (bigów) wzdluz boków oraz trójkatne zagiecia w rogach, znajdujacych sie przy polaczeniu podstawy ze sciana boczna, sluzace do zlozenia i zamkniecia opakowania. Podstawe górna tworza trzy prostokatne elementy (klapony) pólokraglo wyciete w górnych czesciach, w taki sposób, ze powstaja trzy luki. Na powierzchni tych elementów znajduja sie prostoliniowe naciecia sluzace do lozenia i zamkniecia opakowania. W wyniku tej czynnosci powstaje okragly otwór w srodku podstawy górnej. Dwie prostokatne sciany boczne posiadaja w czesci laczacej sie z podstawa dolna ruchome wypustki w ksztalcie trapezów o zaokraglonych górnych rogach oraz lekko scietych dolnych, przy czym jedna z tych scian ma dwie takie wypustki, druga zas tylko jedna. Przez srodek sciany bocznej wyposazonej w dwie wypustki przebiega linia zgiecia sluzaca do rozlozenia opakowania na plasko. Trzecia sciana boczna nie posiada wypustek i polaczona jest na stale z podstawa dolna, oddzielona jedynie linia zagiecia. Opakowanie wykonane jest z tektury, wzmocnionego papieru, materialu, metalu badz tworzywa sztucznego. Na skale przemyslowa wzór jest odtwarzany na podstawie wczesniej przygotowanej matrycy, wykrojników badz formy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonany w dowolnych wielkosciach oraz kolorach i ich zestawieniach. W przykladzie wykonania opakowanie ma barwe niebieska jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 do fig. 8.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt graniastoslupa prawidlowego, którego trójkatna podstawa dolna posiada dwie równolegle do boków wypustki w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych rogach oraz o zaznaczonym przebiegu linii zagiec (bigów) wzdluz boków podstawy oraz trójkatne zagiecia w rogach, znajdujacych sie przy polaczeniu podstawy ze sciana boczna, sluzace do zlozenia i zamkniecia opakowania, zas podstawe górna tworza trzy prostokatne elementy (klapony) pólokraglo wyciete w górnych czesciach, w taki sposób, ze powstaja trzy luki, przy czym na powierzchni tych elementów znajduja sie prostoliniowe naciecia sluzace do zlozenia i zamkniecia opakowania, w wyniku czego powstaje okragly otwór w srodku podstawy górnej; dwie prostokatne sciany boczne opakowania posiadaja w swojej czesci laczacej sie z podstawa dolna ruchome wypustki w ksztalcie trapezów o zaokraglonych górnych rogach oraz lekko scietych dolnych, przy czym jedna z tych scian posiada dwie takie wypustki, a druga tylko jedna, zas przez srodek sciany bocznej wyposazonej w dwie zakladki przebiega linia zagiecia sluzaca do rozlozenia opakowania na plasko; trzecia sciana boczna nie posiada wypustek i tworzy calosc z podstawa dolna, oddzielona jedynie linia zagiecia, przy czym po umocowaniu na tej scianie kalendarza oraz po zaklejeniu górnej podstawy z otworem dodatkowym trójkatem, opakowanie sluzy jako kalendarz na biurko; w celu wzmocnienia opakowania i zabezpieczenia jego zawartosci moze byc nakladana dodatkowa oslona w ksztalcie trzech scian graniastoslupa bez podstaw; przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonany w dowolnych wielkosciach, kolorach i ich zestawieniach oraz materialu.Fig. 4Fig. 8 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is packaging intended for the protection, transport, and storage of glass items, particularly various types of bottles, as well as confectionery and sweets such as all kinds of candy. The packaging based on the design can function as promotional packaging with the properties of a display case, calendar, or organizer. In the case of bottles, the packaging has the additional function of stabilizing them in a vertical position. When attached to one of the calendar's side walls and the top base is sealed with an additional triangle, the packaging can be used as a desk calendar. To reinforce the packaging based on the design and protect it from damage during transport and display at points of sale, an additional cover in the shape of three prism sides without bases can be applied. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. Previously known packaging of this type is made of cardboard and has the shape of a cuboid with a square base, glued or closed with one or more protrusions, or a prism with an opening upper base. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which fig. 1 shows the packaging in a view from the side of the closed upper base and two side walls, fig. 2 - shows the packaging in a view from the side of the open upper base and two side walls with the course of the package fold lines marked, fig. 3 - shows the packaging in a view from below, with the open upper and lower base visible with projections in two side walls, fig. 4 - shows the packaging in a view from the side of the closed upper base with a visible round opening in its center, fig. 5 - shows the packaging in a view from the side wall and the partially closed upper base, fig. 6 - shows the packaging in a view from the side wall with a calendar attached to it and the upper base sealed with an additional triangle, fig. 7 shows the packaging in a view from the side of the closed lower base and side wall seen from above and with the attached calendar visible from the side. and Fig. 8 shows the packaging viewed from the side of a calendar attached to the side wall with the first page folded upward. The packaging, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a regular prism, whose triangular bases: the lower and upper, have projections for closing the packaging. The lower base is equipped with two rectangular projections parallel to the sides with rounded upper corners. It has marked fold lines (creases) along the sides and triangular folds in the corners, located where the base joins the side wall, used for folding and closing the packaging. The upper base is formed by three rectangular elements (flaps) with semicircular cutouts in their upper parts, creating three arcs. These elements have rectilinear cuts on their surfaces for folding and closing the packaging. This action creates a circular opening in the center of the upper base. The two rectangular side walls, in the part connecting to the lower base, have movable trapezoidal protrusions with rounded upper corners and slightly beveled lower corners. One of these walls has two such protrusions, the other only one. A fold line runs through the center of the side wall equipped with two protrusions, allowing the package to be unfolded flat. The third side wall has no protrusions and is permanently connected to the lower base, separated only by a fold line. The packaging is made of cardboard, reinforced paper, fabric, metal, or plastic. On an industrial scale, the design is reproduced based on a previously prepared matrix, cutting dies, or mold. The industrial design can be manufactured in any size, color, or combination. In the example embodiment, the packaging is blue as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 to Fig. 8. Essential features of the industrial design: the shape of a regular prism, the triangular lower base of which has two rectangular projections parallel to the sides with rounded upper corners and marked fold lines (creases) along the sides of the base, and triangular folds in the corners located at the connection of the base with the side wall, used for folding and closing the packaging, while the upper base is formed by three rectangular elements (flaps) semicircularly cut out in the upper parts in such a way that three arcs are created, and the surface of these elements has rectilinear cuts used for folding and closing the packaging, as a result of which a round hole is created in the middle of the upper base; two rectangular side walls of the packaging have, in their part connecting to the lower base, movable trapezoidal projections with rounded upper corners and slightly truncated lower corners, whereby one of these walls has two such projections and the other only one, while a fold line runs through the centre of the side wall equipped with two flaps, used to unfold the packaging flat; the third side wall has no projections and forms a whole with the lower base, separated only by a fold line, and after attaching the calendar to this wall and after gluing the upper base with an additional hole with an additional triangle, the packaging serves as a desk calendar; in order to strengthen the packaging and protect its contents, an additional cover in the shape of three prism-shaped walls without bases may be applied; the industrial design object may be made in any sizes, colours, their combinations and materials.
