Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest serwis stolowy do podawania na nim posilków, skladajacy sie z dzbanków, wazy, cukiernicy, pólmisków, salaterek, filizanek, talerzy i talerzyków. Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma plastyczna elementów serwisu, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej serwisów przejawia sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu jego powierzchni. Podstawowe cechy serwisu bedacego przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. Dzbanek do kawy, dzbanek do herbaty, cukiernica i waza sa zaopatrzone w wieczka majace ksztalt dwóch polaczonych pólkul, przy czym mniejsza pólkula jest nalozona na wieksza. Wieczka zakonczone sa uchwytami o ksztalcie owalnym, z ornamentem listkowym jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 6 rysunku. 2. Dzbanek do kawy, dzbanek do herbaty, cukiernica, dzbanek do mleka, sosjerka i waza sa zaopatrzone w pólkoliste, boczne uchwyty posiadajace w górnej czesci wystepy w ksztalcie listka oraz splaszczenia obwodu w czesci srodkowej i górnej. The essence of the pattern is a new, reproducible, artistic form of website elements, which in relation to previously known websites is particularly visible in the original shape of its surface. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows a coffee pot; Figure 2 is an illustration of a tea pot; Fig. 3 shows sugar bowls; Figure 4 shows the milk jug; Fig. 5 shows a sauceboat; Fig. 6 shows a vase; Fig. 7 is a small oval dish; Fig. 8 - shows a large salad bowl Fig. 9 - shows a small bowl Fig. 10 - shows a tea cup with saucer; Fig. 11 is a view of a coffee cup with a saucer; Fig. 12 is an illustration of a cup; Fig. 13 is a round dish; Figure 14 shows the platter of the plate; Fig. 15 is a representation of the deep disc; Fig. 16 shows the dessert plate; Fig. 17 shows a large oval dish and Fig. 18 shows a medium oval dish. The main features of the website, which is the subject of this industrial design, are as follows: 1. The coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl and vase are provided with lids in the shape of two interconnected hemispheres, with the smaller hemisphere overlapping the larger one. The lids are ended with oval-shaped holders with a leaf ornament as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 of the drawings. 2. The coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl, milk jug, sauce boat and vase are provided with semicircular side handles with leaf-shaped projections at the top and a flat circumference at the center and top. Above the projections, the handles are thickened and bifurcated at the point of attachment to the peripheral flanges of teapots, sugar bowl, jugs and vases, having a triangle shape in top view, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Fig. 3. The coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl, milk jug, sauce boat and vase have circular bases curved outwards as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 drawing. 4. The coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl and vase are provided with circumferential flanges in the upper, opening part, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 of the drawing. 5. The coffee pot and teapot have arched and tapered spouts upwards, with longitudinal projections and with horizontal projections at the end as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 of the drawings. 6. The milk jug and sauce boat are provided with spouts formed from part of the circumferential flange raised upwards and then curved hemispheres downwards as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 of the drawing. Plenipotentiary: Discussion of photos attached to the application of an industrial design entitled "Table service" I enclose seven photographs to submit an industrial design, entitled "Table service", to better illustrate the features of the pattern, and in particular to shape the surface of the individual parts of the website. These photographs show more clearly the shape elements, as revealed in the description of the pattern. And so: In photo 1 and photo 2 of the tea pot and coffee pot, the shapes of the lids and the ending handles with a leaf ornament are clearly visible, as disclosed in point 1 description; visible are the shapes of the side handles with leaf-shaped projections, perimeter flattening and the method of attaching the handles to the circumferential flanges, as disclosed in point 2 description; the shapes of the circular bases bent outwards are visible, as disclosed in point 3 description; the circumferential flanges disclosed in point 4 description; the shapes of the spouts with longitudinal projections and in the final part with horizontal projections are also visible, as disclosed in point 5 of the description.
