PL 70 645 Y1 4 PL PLEN 70 645 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a pallet extension enabling the transport of multi-level stored goods placed on pallets, especially euro-pallets. One of the problems to solve in the transport of goods on pallets is the stacking of loaded pallets in several layers. For this purpose, inter alia, extensions are used. From the description of the Polish utility model no. Ru 57954 there is a known pallet attachment, consisting of four angle posts attached to the corners of the pallet. Each post has two plates at the bottom, the bottom and the top, which embrace the corner of the pallet from the bottom and top. The upper part of the pillars has upper plates closing their corners, to which the sockets constituting the frame elements are separately attached. Said plates and sockets have holes in which are placed thrust pins securing the seats on the upper plates. The sockets are in the form of flat bars with the outer edges slightly bent upwards, which when stacking is to guarantee the stability of the entire frame. Moreover, the tab is banded over the posts before the frame is secured, the top plates of the posts having elements protruding beyond the outer surfaces of the angle bars, which constitute the stop pins on which the ribbon rests. On the other hand, from the Polish patent specification No. PL 175401 there is known a pallet container containing a plastic pallet without mounting holes, on which a support part consisting of four connected frames filled with a net is separately mounted. The lower horizontal crossbars of the frame support part have C-section-shaped hooks welded on, with the hooks connected to the crossbars by the inner surface of the upper horizontal side of the C-section. On the upper, corner crossbars of the frames, there are sockets that enable the stacking of containers. Moreover, from the description of the Polish invention application no. P-315133, a frame pallet top is known in the form of a three-dimensional frame consisting of two interconnected tubular segments, the upper part of which is made of inseparably connected tubular C-shaped elements. The lower part of the segments is equipped with tips, which are loosely placed in the slots in the corners of the pallet. Said segments are formed of tubes and have the shape of an inverted letter L in a side view, facing opposite each other and connected separately by a connector. An elastic band is placed on the vertical pipes of the segments. The ends of the segment tubes have ends of a length slightly less than the length of the sockets in the pallet, the ends of which are provided with non-detachably fixed limiters, the diameter of which is greater than the inside diameter of said sockets. In the description of the application for the Polish utility model no. W-104054 a pallet scaffold similar to the one presented in the application description of the above invention is presented. In both constructions, the metal elements of an empty pallet can be folded into a small-size element, easy to transport. From the EU industrial model no. RCD 1925363 there is a known pallet rack having four angular corners placed vertically on the corners of the pallet, connected by horizontal shackles on which other pallets can be placed, while the shackles can be attached to the corners at different heights. Moreover, ESI SA's Internet offer includes a 65K pallet collars, consisting of two symmetrical elements, each of which has two vertical posts and a horizontal trapezoidal frame, and in the place where the frame and posts are connected, there are flat sockets with two outside with sides. The posts are connected by a horizontal clamp with a clamp, and at the bottom of the posts there are flat bars attached perpendicular to the clamp. Moreover, the buckle is connected by a vertical joint to the longer side of the trapezoidal frame. Both elements are connected separately with a handle mounted on the short sides of the trapezoidal frame. The essence of the utility model is the construction of the pallet extension, consisting of two symmetrical elements made of shapes and mounted on a pallet, each element having vertical posts connected at the bottom of the crossbar, to which posts in the upper part are horizontally attached a trapezoidal frame, and there are stands at the point where the frame and the posts connect. The superstructure is characterized by the fact that an angular clamp corresponding to the shape of the corner of the outer foot of the pallet is attached to each post below the crossbar, and on the surface of the crossbeam, in places corresponding to the gaps in the pallet floor, there are horizontal stabilizers directed towards the pallet, while in the middle of the long side of the trapezoidal frame, a shaped socket is mounted on its surface, with dimensions corresponding to the width of the inner foot of the pallet, with the plane of the socket protruding towards the pallet, while the socket itself has a rear wall and two sides leaning outwards, and to the bottom of the shorter side The trapezoidal frame is attached to the PL 70 645 Y1 3 asymmetrically with a support directed towards the pallet. Preferably, there are two stabilizers on the crossbar. Preferably, on the oblique sides of the trapezoidal frame there are holders for the tensioning belts. Preferably, at the junction of the post with the frame, there is a fastening eye for the belt end, and symmetrically with respect to the ear, between the second post and the longer side of the frame, there is an oblique bracket on which the ratchet of the belt tension is placed, and on the bar, in the center between the stabilizers there is a holding belt hook. Preferably, the angular clamp has a cut-out in the upper part, perpendicular to the post, and in the rear wall of the socket there is a recess, and symmetrically in relation to the ear, at the point of connection of the post with the frame, there is an insert with the shape identical to the lug. Thanks to this structure, using two independent belts, it is possible to obtain full stability of the superstructure with upper and lower pallets filled with goods, which allows for safe transport with a forklift and a truck. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the complete extension with the lower and upper pallet in a perspective view, fig. 2 - extension from fig. 1 with the upper pallet removed, fig. 3 - both elements of the extension after folding in the view perspective from the trapezoidal frame side, fig. 4 - single extension element in perspective view from below, fig. 5 - extension element from fig. 4 in an upright position in side view, and fig. 6 - side view of six elements with three collections stacked in a pile. The extension consists of two essentially identical elements 1 in the form of an inverted letter L in side view, made of shapes and symmetrically mounted on a pallet 2. Each element 1 has vertical posts 3 connected at the bottom by a crossbar 4, where below the crossbars 4, the poles 3 are fixed with angular clamps 5 corners of the external feet 6 of the pallet 2. On the surface, the crossbars 4 are fixed in places corresponding to the slots 7 in the floor of the pallet 2, two horizontal stabilizers 8 directed towards the pallet 2. W The trapezoidal frame 9 is horizontally fastened to the upper end of the posts 3, from the side of the pallet 2, while the frame corners 9 at the point of connection with the posts 3 are fitted with flat stands 10. In the middle of the long side 11 of the trapezoidal frame 9, on its surface, shaped nest 12 with dimensions corresponding to the width of the inner foot 13 of the pallet 2, so that its plane protrudes towards the pallet 2. The nest 12 has a rear and two side walls 14 slightly tilted outwards, embracing the inner foot 13 of the pallet 2. At the bottom of the shorter side 15 of the trapezoidal frame 9 an asymmetric support 16 is mounted in the form of a flat bar directed horizontally towards the pallet 2, with two symmetrical elements 1 of the support extension 16 are shifted relative to each other by the width of the flat bar. On the oblique sides 17 of the trapezoidal frame 9, holders 18 for winding loose strapping belts are attached. the slots 7 of the pallet floor 2, while the supports 16 of both elements 1 are placed next to each other under the frame 9. The extension prepared in this way is pre-fastened with two identical straps 19, each of which is equipped with a tightening ratchet 20. The straps 19 are attached to the eye 21 located at the junction of the post 3 with the frame 9 and the hook 22 attached to the crossbar 4 between the stabilizers 8, and for fastening the ratchet mechanism 20, which performs the belt tension 19, a bracket 23 is attached diagonally between the post 3 and the longer side 11 of the trapezoidal frame 9, symmetrically in relation to the ear 21. The second, upper pallet 2 is placed on the prepared extension so that the outer feet 6 are known on the stands 10 and the inner feet 13 are placed between the walls of 14 slots 12, then the straps 19 are tightened with ratchets 20. As the distance between the rear walls of 14 slots 12 symmetrically arranged elements 1 of the extension is slightly less than With the outer sides of the inner feet 13 of the pallet 2, full stabilization of the upper pallet 2 is obtained. In order to enable the compact arrangement of the elements 1 of the dismantled extensions, for example for storage or transport, an insert 24 is placed symmetrically in relation to the eye 21, with a shape identical to the eye 21 Moreover, for the same purpose, notches 25 are made in the angular clamps 5 and a recess 26 is made in the rear wall 14 of the socket 12.
