Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet narzedzi sluzacych do prac ziemnych zlozony z lopaty i szpadla. Stylisko opasane jest w swojej dolnej czesci tuleja o szerokosci wynoszacej okolo polowe dlugosci styliska. Na pobocznicy styliska powyzej tulei umieszczony jest znak firmowy w ksztalcie stylizowanej litery Z. Uchwyt narzedzia ma ksztalt odwróconego strzemienia. Stanowi go mocowana na stylisku narzedzia tulejka zakonczona odwróconym ceownikiem którego konce przechodza w dwa lukowato wygiete laczniki o zawezajacych sie powierzchniach i koncach polaczonych ze soba prostopadla do styliska raczka. Górna powierzchnia raczki jest lekko zaokraglona, a jedna z jej powierzchni bocznym stanowi ukosna kratka. Dodatkowo wzdluz laczników wykonane sa wzmacniajace skrzydelka. Stylisko narzedzia oraz czesc robocza wykonane sa z metalu malowanego na zólto. Uchwyt narzedzia wykonany jest z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze czarnym. Opasujaca stylisko opaska wykonana jest z gumy w kolorze czarnym.Cechy istotne kompletu narzedzi to ksztalt i kolorystyka styliska, a w szczególnosci dwukrotne wygiecie i opasanie tuleja oraz kolorystyka zólto-czarna. Cecha istotna jest równiez ksztalt i kolorystyka uchwytu, szczególnie wzmocnienie bocznych laczników skrzydelkami oraz wykonanie na powierzchni bocznej raczki przeciwposlizgowej kratki. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the handle and the handle, as well as their color scheme. The handle is shaped like an elongated cylinder with a circular cross-section, curved approximately two-thirds of its length from the top. The bottom of the handle, cut into an arc along the side and slightly bent in the opposite direction, is permanently attached to the working part of the tool. The handle is enclosed in its lower part by a sleeve approximately half the width of the handle. The company logo, in the shape of a stylized letter Z, is placed on the side of the handle above the sleeve. The tool's handle is shaped like an inverted stirrup. It consists of a sleeve attached to the tool's handle, terminated by an inverted channel, the ends of which merge into two arc-shaped connectors with tapering surfaces and connected by a handle perpendicular to the handle. The upper surface of the handle is slightly rounded, and one of its lateral surfaces is a diagonal grid. Additionally, reinforcing wings are made along the connectors. The tool's handle and working part are made of yellow-painted metal. The tool's grip is made of black plastic. The band surrounding the handle is made of black rubber. Important features of this set of tools include the shape and color of the handle, particularly the double bend and the sleeved band, as well as the yellow and black color scheme.
